Cashier that always seems to be there wears an oversized mask and gloves. You can't understand a word he says because of the mask and it really shows substandard, impersonal treatment of customers. His behavior appears to say to customers "you are dirty and germy". Can understand if he has a cough but it's been every time. I'm surprised management allows it. Unprofessional. I miss rite aid. This location closes "at 10 pm." I drove like a crazy person to make it by 9:55 pm to find it all lit up, but locked up. Guy working inside casually ignored my presence. In the time it took for me to mean mug the employee, get my iPad out of my bag and snap the photo at 9:57, three additional customers arrived to make that last minute purchase. Gotta run?? Way too busy and wait times are not communicated appropriately. This has happened before at this Walgreens Pharmacy but I thought it would be different this time. When I received the automated call and the text update and went back to the counter after 45 minutes of waiting, the girl was going to make be go back in line. I just got an update and that my RX is ready. Then she rolled her eyes (literally) and went to look in the bin. She found it, checked me out...no "thank you, sorry for your wait time, appreciate your patience" or nothing! So very rude and disappointing. The woman with the blond, wavy hair is incredibly rude. She made it appear as if my whole transaction was really difficult and inconvenient for her. She had to (inconveniently) register my infant son in order for me to pick up his prescription and kept repeating the same thin over in order to make it apparent that it was inconvenient. She spoke so condescendingly the whole conversation and when I asked her why my medication fulfillment seemed so difficult for her, she responded that they were just really busy. But why are you taking that out on me? Avoid this pharmacy if you can. You'd think they'd be a little more compassionate. read more

Your average Walgreen's: spacious, wide aisles, and a huge parking lot. It has some convenient touches such as the drive thru pharmacy. You can also get passport photos and 1 hour photos. They sell California themed t-shirts. The cosmetics selection is the same as in most Walgreens. I spotted a few new things: Aquafina lip balm, Lip Smackers natural lip balm. I didn't know Walgreen's had their own brand of ice cream. Too bad they don't have an ice cream counter. My gummi vitamins were buy one, get one free. I also picked up another Wonka Exceptionals chocolate bar - Scrumdiddlyumptious is just that (milk chocolate with toffee, crispy cookie, crunchy peanuts). read more

Eye shop at this Walgreens frequently. Almost. I'd say every other day, I have accounts there. Where I am get my discounts in keep. Ons and stuff from shopping so much. I have receipts of Uber $300 at a time. I spend here at the sure. Now they have the store as demolished. You cannot find anything. There's no Polish that's written all over the walls. I mean, you can't find anything there. It's. It's bad they haven't restocked up on anything. They're sitting there. Talking all the time, they did not ask us if they needed help. They actually came up to us right now and asked us to, if we were going to be in the store any longer because it's gonna come up on 30 minutes and it's too long for us to be in the store. We pretty much got kicked out of the store for spinning money. So I'm not quite sure. What kind of issues they have going on there? But I don't think that it's fair to treat customers. That way and I know a told him. I don't think Mr. Walgreens would appreciate that treatment. And I don't think that that is. A very positive experience for everyone to have there. And I don't think that I'll be going back. I. Left my items and then walked out. I showed him the receipts. I had in my wallet where they were. I spent hundreds of dollars at a time. Horrible woman pharmacist with a bad attitude not only to her customers but staff as well. Turned us away for a immunization appt because she was upset that we scheduled an appt for the same evening after we left a previous location that did not have it available. She initially did not even know Walgreens offered immunization appts and said only walk ins were available. After seeing that indeed we had an appt, she still refused saying she won't do vaccines after a certain time. You can schedule later evening appts via their website but she refused even though she had the vaccination. Very rude and unprofessional. Thankfully its not a location we normally go to and we definitely won't be back. I can only imagine how she treats the demographic of people who normally frequent that location. They couldn't get our insurance to work so I paid out of pocket. They said I have 7 days from Monday to get money back. I go in Saturday with correct insurance information and they say they need to get permission from insurance agency first. I explain that Monday is our last day for refund, so can they extend that because they need to talk to more people. They said no! This isn't just a $40 prescription.. it's very expensive and I was promised if I gave them the information needed, I would get the refund. I gave them the information and they are refusing to refund me. Went to another pharmacy and they said my insurance is fine and was able to give me another prescription right then and there. I've been getting multiple texts and voicemail messages from this Walgreens, but everything was in Spanish. Since my foster child speaks Spanish, I assumed that the prescription must be ready. When I called to check in the status before driving there, the pharmacy department refused to give me any information saying she could be fired for violating HIPAA laws. What?!?!? So I explained again that this child is a minor and I am her foster parent. The child obviously has never picked up any prescriptions herself or called the pharmacy for any updates herself. This location is so slow. Twice I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Both times there was only 2 cars in front room of me. 1 time I got to the window and sat there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I mean at least say "be right with you". But nothing. After the first time I waited in the drive-thru I decided to go inside. It wasn't much better. I wouldn't have even bothered using the drive-thru the second time but I had recently sprained my ankle and didn't want to stand inside in line for 30 minutes either. I don't know what happened. We moved out of town barley like a year ago, service was good. Customer service was awesome, they would get you to laugh and smile and thank you for your business. I was looking for a few specific items and could find only one of the three. This doesn't go to the general Walgreens business, this goes to the photo department who was unwilling to print out my senior pictures because I "needed to get my photographers permission" my photographer was my mom and she was with me and the lady didn't believe me. She gave me attitude, and finally decided to print my senior pictures BUT THEN she found more pictures I had gotten professionally taken and didn't let me print those without permission. Those pictures I had gotten taken in Mexico by a random photographer, and I had no way of getting that permission because of obvious reasons. She didn't buy it and didn't let me print any of my quinceañera pictures. This was the MANAGER who treated me and my mom in this way. I understand when people have to do their job, but the attitude was completely unnecessary. I also came on other occasions and there's never people there, nobody ever answers the phone when I call, and I have to wait the longest time for someone to get back to the photo department just to pick up a few picture-- a huge waste of my time. Just go to Costco or Walmart don't waste your time here. Edit: actually this does go to the regular Walgreens the store is really crappy and so are all the workers. read more

I just took a new prescription to Walgreens after ten years of a bad experience e, thought I would give them another chance because of the drive thru, it was suppose to be ready after 6:00 PM. Dropped off at 4:40 PM. Still waiting at 6;45 PM called on phone,left on hold for 10 minutes, they said they would call me! They told all the people their RX's would be ready after 6:00 ! I called a prescription in a week ago , called daily to pick-up was told each time (we are working on it)on Friday I was told that if I really needed it could get a partially filled prescription. I picked up three capsules at this time. On Monday I again called the pharmacy as now I am out again. Was told (computer)that my prescription was ready on Saturday for pick-up. As it is now Monday a full week after my initial call I went to get my meds. Only to be told that (we are working on it). It is now 6 30 in the evening and I hope they are still working on it.Think I should find a new pharmacy. read more

I was traveling, left a prescription at home, and waited at the Lompoc store for my doctor to call back the pharmacy. Decided after an hour to go on to Santa Maria. One of the stores finally got a call from the doctor and I got my prescription refill. The people at both stores were great. The customer service at the Santa Maria store was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and empathetic. It was such a relief to get a refill after waiting so long and driving so much. read more

The customer service is the worst when it comes to having to pick up your packages from fed ex. They are really unprofessional and should not offer that service if they don't know the right policy's. I had to pick a package and they made me drive across town to pick up the person with the ID to match when the only thing that matters is that the address on the ID of the person that is picking up matches then the attendant was rude when I first tried to pick it up and they stated that fed ex policy's yet I had to call fed ex and they agreed that the only thing that matters is to my address matches read more
