A lady picked up and asked if I was holding for delivery, i said yes, as she put me on hold she made a noise such as " oh my god another one" back on hold. Sabrina answered to set me up, gave her all my information, and she got payment. She then told me that I was out of the area of delivery, by 3 miles. I always get my medication immediately or if I have to wait it is never more than 5 minutes. They have a drive through window and when I have my pups they get a treat. Closed on Sunday and until 3pm on Saturday. But short hours aren't a problem at this point in my otherwise healthy life.

My clinic is next to the pharmacy. I drive over after my appointment, and the medicine is ready. They have been accommodating with the Ozempic. It is in short supply, but they keep me supplied. The pharmacist and staff are very friendly and efficient. They know my name.

As I pull up to the window, they literally closed the window in my face. I went inside and was told they just closed the register. I talked with the Manager about my experience, and his response was they close promptly at 6:00PM. After using Walgreens as my pharmacy for over 40 years, I am now looking for a new pharmacy. The value that Walgreens once provided is no longer there. Tonight my wife goes without medicine, because the Customer is no longer a priority. Looking on GoodRX, I see the HEB pharmacy next door and Walmart down the street both have my wife's medication 30% cheaper. Tomorrow I will make my last visit to Walgreens to pickup my wife's prescription. Life is too short to be using a business that no longer values you as a customer.
