Whenever I visit my family I usually have to stop at this CVS because any time I'm in the area…read morevisiting, I am attacked by allergies. This location is very easy to find with more than enough parking in the front but it tends to fill up if the surroundings places are busy. The staff is always friendly and any time I have walked through the door I'm immediately greeted which always makes me feel welcomed that I am here. The workers are very knowledgeable and have walked me around the store a couple times, helping me look for the medicine I need. The prices here are reasonable, in line with all other pharmacy stores in the area so I don't feel like I'm spending more than need be. They have a wide variety of sodas, chips, candies and many little trinkets to buy as well. I love looking around at the end caps because they usually have some funny "as seen on TV" products that I want to impulse buy. It never takes me longer than I need to here because the staff is fast and friendly with what they do and I'm usually in and out before I know it! I will continue to stop by this location for as long as it is standing!

Years ago, I was in charge of creating online, HIPAA training and certification software for a network of children's hospitals located throughout the North American continent. I'm pretty aware of what HIPAA regulations are and what they aren't. I only wish the pharmacist that I dealt with today had the same knowledge. An added extra? How about a smile and basic customer relation skills? 90% of the healthcare professional's job is dealing with patients in a friendly and positive manner. Treating customers/patients like bothersome nuisances is all too often a sign of incompetence and negligence. Trust me, I know. I appreciate that Walgreens is struggling and shutting down no small number of pharmacy and store locations, allegedly due to the inability to make a profit (go figure). This is definitely a circumstance, where one pharmacist, in one location, creates a bad reputation for all others - as well as the company. You might choose to stay with Walgreens, but do yourself a favor - skip this location.

My credit card did not go through on the first try and she literally said she was going to end the transaction because there's nothing she could do if I have no money in my account. This is not a personal attack on her this is a factual statement of i blatant rudeness. Come on Walgreens you can do better. This sign was placed at eye level on each section of the shelves... As I looked at the items.. people around me were complaining and mumbling about something so I asked one of the customers what was going on.. she said that the items were not really on sale.. That when you take the items to the register they wont honor the price.. So I thought Lets try it and see... So I took a cart full of items up to the register and ... yes you got it.. they were correct.. the lady told me they were not on sale.. She then said it was only select items.. which were not marked and she could not tell me what ones they were.. just that they were not mine.. She would not come look at the sign nor the fact that I got my items from the exact area where the sign was and still is. #Walgreens I don't know any way to read this sign but one.. Walgreens seems to know differently. The manager even came out and did not care.. shame on you Walgreens.. I don't know about everyone else.. but I don't have time to be scammed by these companies.
