I'm in the middle of switching insurances since I changed jobs, however, the pharmacist or tech I spoke to on the phone said it was already billed and went through my previous insurance. Annoyed I stopped by inside for nothing. It's ok. I don't really need the prescription, but if I did, that's a waste of time. No, I do not want to wait 10 minutes for you to refill it. I have another appointment and was hoping to just pick it up and go.

It is a typical run of the mill CVS, with the standard offerings from pharmacy to basic goods like milk etc, toiletries, RedBox video (with so may offerings on line I don't use this any more) and so on. The staff are usually friendly and courteous especially the pharmacy staff. Rating a good 3 stars, the new CVS further along Rayford near Riley Fuzzel is bigger, brighter and more welcoming but less convenient for me. This has happened more than once and makes it very difficult to reach the pharmacy when I have questions or need assistance. A simple, courteous greeting and taking the time to help customers would make a big difference. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the level of customer service.

We stepped up at 8:01pm with the pharmacy manager Diem Kim walking away with no attention given to the situation as she said we're closed! Then Danny became very sarcastic almost in a laughing manner "have a great night sir" as she lowered the gate and turned away! Prescriptions take much longer to be filled, it can take well over a week (it took two weeks for me this last time!) if they have to call your doctor for approval. I recently had a prescription filled for 90 pills and when I opened the stapled bag when I got home there were only 60 pills, I now count every pill to make sure I'm not paying for medication I don't receive. I am currently looking for recommendations for a new location I can trust.
