Convenient location. Clean. Doesn't make compound, so you either need to go to Lake Geneva or use a completely different pharmacy.

The managers are very nice. The only reason why I am giving this location a 3 star review is bcz of one of their employees. I'm sure you all know who I'm talking about. This is by far the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Because I'm a resident in town this is where I had my prescriptions and I changed that service over to a different Walgreens in a different town about 18 months ago due to the poor service out of the pharmacy department. Every time I've gone in there whether it's for photo development or just to even purchase something it's just horrible for an experience. Today I had to go back in because I set up a Covid test to get back into work. All I heard from the pharmacist was how shorthanded they were, how behind they were, how they didn't have any kits put together yet, the employee who was supposed to do Covid testing wasn't there and they're running behind, she didn't know if it was done properly if not she refund me, just on and on about why I'm getting crappy service out of this location. They should shut the store down or find management that actually knows what they're doing! read more

Worst service ever... sat at the drive through only to leave after 20 minutes of sitting there in front of the windows. Six people working the pharmacy inside, not one came over despite me honking the horn 4 times. Cars behind me were backing up and leaving too. I will be changing pharmacies this week!!! read more

The pharmacy and its staff. They do not inform you when you have a medication that is called in but they are out of stock. They wait for you to call and ask when you may pick up your medication. This has not happened on a single occasion but several and with different types of medication for both my father who is a heart patient and my husband as well. Unfortunately Spring Grove is a small town and this Walgreens is the only means for most people to obtain medication for both chronic and non-chronic conditions. Hopefully more people will stop using this Walgreens pharmacy location and utilize Jewel-Osco pharmacy and/or a CVS moves into town. read more

Okay I have been to this Walgreens only a few times. First time I needed help w photo sizing. . A group of young girls came in not to sure of what they needed to do to develop there disposable camera your employee Ellen was so rude to these girls that instead of teaching them she through a fit and made them feel like they were stupid. Also as of today September 3rd I went in there and bought Tylenol 2 ice creams and a tea. As I walked around the corner from the drinks an photos center she was walking away from check out counter noticed me and got mad she had to walk back to cash register.. I said hi I'm so sorry she didn't respond so she rang all my stuff up I noticed the pin pad was replaced with a new one and I usually pay with my phone and asked if I could use my phone that I didn't have my card but before she even answered I noticed there was the "tap" option used to pay with phone. She started yelling at me saying NO! I just told you this I asked her why she is speaking to me rudely she got loud again and said I'm not I'm like yes you are and I do not appreciate this but it's ok I will be right back with cash for my things hold on came back in paid her 20.00 bill she handed me my change n told me to have a good rest of my night... like nothing happened because I called her out on her bs. So I go outside to get in my truck tell ky husband and he literally said he ran in there while I was in there to get a lighter asked her (ellen) if the lighter behind the counter were cheaper and she said no we aren't selling those ones only the ones on my counter... he said ok? Well is it more expensive n she saodnthey were the same price. ... with attitude I really hope something gets done about this lady because I'm sorry but she made me feel like it was a problem to buy shit from this store. And that if you are not happy with your career you shouldn't be working here after all that is the definition of poor customer service read more

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the area. They tell you the medication is ready, you go only to learn that that it's not. This has happen several times. They forgot to charge one prescription so the next time I came they gave me the run around without telling me the whole story. After four phone calls and coming to the store,, they finally stated that I would have to pay the past charge in order to get the next pills. The bill was all of $5. Seriously! If you just said that in the beginning I would have gladly paid even if it was not my fault. It's not being honest and telling the customer what's going on that is so frustrating. Also please note that when they say the pills are ready they typically are not. Wait an extra 1-2 hours after they call or you will be waiting around the store. Very poor customer service read more

Refused to refill my prescription every single time for over a year now, blaming my physician. The pharmacist says my physician does not fill out the prescription correctly. For a year? Every single time I go to pick up my prescription, you give me a different story? You violated my privacy by loudly announcing my medication for all to hear! You haven't filled my husband's prescription for the past year correctly either and he has a different doctor! This place is a disgrace. You treat disabled people like criminals. read more

Great service and help in photo this weekend with Mason. Even though its a holiday weekend. But store seems to be under staffed.

Too many customers, too few staff, or both. Wait 20 minutes just to drop off a prescription. Then staff seems poorly trained (not sure about insurance procedures, how to use a discount coupon). Did not have the meds in stock, so promised them for the next day at 2PM. Called at 2:40. Only 3 are in, the other still not. And they won't be ready for another 45 minutes. Time to try the Osco down the street. read more
