Terrible, closed the pharmacy on a Saturday with no explanation. I guess there is some kind of emergency? However, I tried the other Walgreens pharmacy and there pharmacy closes at 5:00, not very conducive to working people that work on Saturdays. So I have to wait until tomorrow to see if the original Davison Dr. location opens or if the other location in Sun Prairie can fill it, but I doubt it. I was supposed to pick it up on Friday at the Davidson Drive location, but they had no record of it, even after my doc called it in. I drove home and they texted me it was filled. What a wasted trip so I thought I would pick it up today, no deal. I hate this pharmacy. They have screwed up my prescriptions in the past. Where else can we go? read more

They would quite literally kill you if you were on life depending medications. I would give a 0 if I could. They are horribly unreliable. I have gotten my medication filled here multiple times. I call ahead each time, I make sure my doctor has put in the prescription, and when I show up to pick it up well after I was told to come, they haven't even put it on their list to be filled. if you need your medication on a consistent basis, do not go here. you will wait days for your prescription and when you show up wondering why your medication isn't ready, they will try and blame you. read more

This place is the saddest excuse of a pharmacy. I was told by the pharmacist that she only got there 15 minutes ago when I saw her walking about 30 minutes earlier. I first pulled up and was told they just received the script and it would about a 15 minute wait. That's when I saw her walking around in the back. Wait my 15 minutes and am told yeah we just got the script, it'll be about 15-20 minute wait. I wait and come back to the window and was told 30 more minutes because they just received the script. This is the most atrocious pharmacy I've ever used. Why lie? Why not just say the truth. It's 10 pills non narcotic, I can promise you there are no hoops to jump through on that one. Will never return to this weed filled Walgreens again. read more

A store so bad it made me download Yelp. I guess I'm a Yelper now. Additional: Stopped by to pick up my roommates meds in the drivethru. They told me 2 dollars and something. I gave them my card. I got home, later that night my roommate asked about the near 70 dollar charge. Roommate had to drive back in (1am). It was a charge for insulin. My roommate is not on insulin. They of course couldn't do anything cause they had to review the tapes to make sure I didn't 'take it'. RM had to drive back in the morning to finally settle it. They gave us a 10 dollar gift card for the 'mistake'. My money will be back in a week. 10 dollars for being suspected of stealing a medication none of us are on, that was placed on our account with out permission. Without even telling me the total price. This place is a joke. This place is always understaffed. Original Complaint: A place that provides meds to the elderly, transplant patients, others with weakened immune systems, and doesn't enforce the mask mandate on customers? The staff and pharmacists here have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They act as if it is the customers faults they are short handed, get used to it, everyone is. If you don't like your job, find another! Will never get my prescriptions from any Walgreens. read more

Slow lines. Understaffed. Rude. I have been to this pharmacy multiple times in the last two weeks for my family. Every time there has been at least a 10 minute wait at the counter. Never has my prescription been ready upon arriving. I've even confirmed with my Dr/Nurse that the info has been sent over hours before I arrive at Walgreens. The last visit will be our 'last visit'. I arrived and realized I forgot my prescription card. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the cust rep if I could still get my prescription (I knew the odds were against me but decided to risk it). She said it's easier to look me up with the card and asked me to go home and get it. *I later found out they can look you up without your card* 30 minutes later, I arrive back to the counter and she tells me they haven't filled the prescription yet. I ask her how long will it take and she walks away mumbling something about one pharmacist and that's all I could make out. She came back and said 10-15 minutes. It took another 30! So that's about 70 minutes of time wasted on one prescription. That is just the story of one of our visits! I miss Target. read more

Waited for 20 minutes in the Pharmacy drive thru before I was helped. When I got home I realized they did not give me all of my medications. When I tried to call and ask about the missing medications, I was on hold for over 30 minutes before finally giving up and hanging up. read more

I watched a manager scream at her cashier about needing more change....and I mean scream. Caused a scene and everyone was watching. The cashier went into the back where the manager went to discuss the situation in private and I could hear her yell at him again to get out and back at the check out....as a manager of 30+ employees I would NEVER speak to them in that manner. She is not fit to be a manager that is for sure. I felt bad for the cashier. After the fact he paged her again because he was having an issue with the computer and she ignored him causing the line to get longer and no one came to help him. If I was this location, I would have a serious talk with her. Would not say she is qualified. I apologized to the cashier for what he had to deal with. read more

The pharmacy at this walgreens is just not a good one and I dont recommend anyone go here for medication. My sister has been going here to get insulin and they have REPEATEDLY messed up her order. Forgot to fill a vial, forget to give her a type of insulin and only give her 1. Insulin isnt something you can really mess up on, when needed in an emergency it can be a life or death situation. When she called to talk to the pharmacist, he responded to most of her questions with i dont know. Definitely doesn't sound like that's the job for him. Will not be shopping here for meds or anything for that matter. Because clearly the staff does not care. read more

I only go here because it's 24 hours, and strangely enough I always need my drugs at the most inconvenient times! I have been a slave to this particular Walgreens for about 9 years now. As with any retail business, employees come and go rather quickly. That is, except for the elderly lady at the front check out. She's been there for 10 years, she told me so. It's completely hit or miss with customer service. Sometimes they are quick, other times you want to lay down and take a nap. However............ At approximately 9 pm every night, things start to get cray cray up in here. All the teenagers with lengthy juvenile records descend upon the place. I would describe it as "hoards" of unruly, thieving teenagers. A handful of them distract staff, while the others steal as much as they can. All this time I've managed to avoid them, except for once. That was when I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing the wrong aisle to walk down. I walked past a teenage female, as I did, I looked in the opposite direction as not to attract any unwanted attention. Yeah, that didn't work. She bellowed out at me "hey you white cracka, what the F--k you lookin' at? I will beat yo ass!" Bewildered, I kept walking and did not respond. Let me break it down for ya. People don't look at me and think "there is a dangerous beeotch that I need to take down." They look at me and say "there is a frumpy, midwest mom. Hide the powdered doughnuts." Maybe I'm just flattering myself, maybe she was talking to someone else, (not that I could see) and maybe I nearly got jacked. Either way, I don't actually go in the store after 9 pm anymore unless I want to live dangerously. That being said, I still need my drugs! Glorious drugs! So instead I sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes with all the other people who need scripts but don't want to chance going inside. read more

I have been to this pharmacy several times in the past, as it is open 24 hours and I have small kids (Urgent Care is open until 9pm, but the pharmacy there closes at 5:00 or 5:30pm). The people who work there are usually slightly unfriendly, and they take an insanely long time to fill prescriptions (especially when I've sat there and seen others drop off and pick up while I am waiting). Yesterday I went in to get a prescription transferred. I went to the drop-off window, which had a sign directing me to the next window to the right. This was the consult window (where the pharmacist talks with you privately about your prescription), but I was following directions and so I stood there and waited. And then I waited some more. And then some more. I was close to the counter, so I had to have been visible to *somebody*. A person (pharmacist?) walked by, saw me, and kept going without any acknowledgement. Another person (tech?) walked by, made eye contact, and then kept going, also without saying anything. I was stunned. I am willing to wait my turn, but I really appreciate hearing "we'll be right with you" or even just "hello". So I waited another minute or so, decided that this was ridiculous, and left. I got in my car and drove back the way I had come, in the opposite direction of my home, to another Walgreens in town. I'll be reviewing them next. Bottom line: This pharmacy has bad customer service. The photo people are fine, the cashiers up front are fine if chatty, but the pharmacy staff make the whole chain look bad. This is the closest Walgreens to my house so I use it the most. The inside store and photo area is decent. I haven't had any issues with the staff. My real beef here is with the pharmacy. They are consistently the slowest most backed up pharmacy. I have pulled up to the drive thru with one car in front of me and had to wait 40 minutes before I got my order. It takes forever to fill prescriptions so never come over straight from the doctors office and expect anything to be ready. read more

My 91 year old mother went there a week ago and they did not have her 1.5 Oz bottle of prescription eye drops ready. She went home and called an hour later and was told they had been ready for 3 days, they just couldn't locate the script when she arrived. She went back today to pick it up today and they could not find her in their computer when she has dealt with them since the 1980's. They told her it would be 25 minutes and she should wait, so she sat down and waited 45 minutes before complaining. Was told they had called her over the intercom 20 minutes prior when they were looking right at her for 45 minutes. They knew why she was there and ignored a 91 year old woman who wears hearing aids and is blind in one eye. When she complained that she never heard them call her they said their intercom system wasn't very good and the store is noisy. Wallgreens should try practicing Customer Service in Action. They don't care about patient healthcare and make a 91 year old sit and wait when they screw up repeatedly. She and my sister have had numerous problems with this pharmacy. They should reimburse my mother for her time and travel. That would be the ethical thing but they are not ethical nor caring. Screw ups best describes Wallgreens. read more

Majority of their staff are rude and they don't know what they are doing. They are not very helpful either. Besides getting the wrong change back, paying the wrong amount, and plain old rude telling me I couldn't use my rewards because she didn't know how to scan it. I even went at night hoping they would be more friendly as there are less customers but I was wrong. They were even ruder! There was no one at the register so I went to the photo center since the lady was just back there looking around. She told me I couldn't pay there if I didn't need to pick up any photos. By the time I walked to the cash register a line was starting to form. However, I waited my turn only for her to screw up my order and give me the wrong change. How can anyone give out the wrong change when it's on the receipt?! read more
