I get a regular prescription filled at this location. EACH TIME I have to jump through hoops to get it filled, again this is a normal prescription that I refill monthly. I never get it filled on the day promised for some reason or another. Additionally, you can never get anyone on the phone to sort things out. When you do get someone, it's not without extreme effort, and you're met with terribly rude individuals. Luckily there are other options for my regular prescriptions, Amazon is fantastic and I get refills without hassle, and on the proper schedule. read more

Dont bother going to the pharmacy at this location. unless you can go at midnight, the drive up service is TERRIBLE! complete amateurs at the computers and either shut down the computer system and tells everyone is will be 15 min wait. to come back. at least six cars were waiting and when I finally got to the window the amateur at the computer had deleted one of my prescriptions. She told me she could not retrieve the order and - after I have already been waiting almost 40 min - told me I had to go back around and get back in line. TERRIBLE!!! read more

Honestly horrible. If you need any medication on consistent basis and can't afford 1-3 days of waiting for your next refill, don't go here. Very unreliable in having your medication filled on time. I had to wait almost an entire week for my medication which I need daily. Multiple times. read more

Slow lines. Understaffed. Rude. I have been to this pharmacy multiple times in the last two weeks for my family. Every time there has been at least a 10 minute wait at the counter. Never has my prescription been ready upon arriving. I've even confirmed with my Dr/Nurse that the info has been sent over hours before I arrive at Walgreens. The last visit will be our 'last visit'. I arrived and realized I forgot my prescription card. After waiting 10 minutes I asked the cust rep if I could still get my prescription (I knew the odds were against me but decided to risk it). She said it's easier to look me up with the card and asked me to go home and get it. *I later found out they can look you up without your card* 30 minutes later, I arrive back to the counter and she tells me they haven't filled the prescription yet. I ask her how long will it take and she walks away mumbling something about one pharmacist and that's all I could make out. She came back and said 10-15 minutes. It took another 30! So that's about 70 minutes of time wasted on one prescription. That is just the story of one of our visits! I miss Target. read more

The pharmacy is the worst !!! I made a Yelp account just so I could I write this review. They are rude and have extremely poor communication skills . I had to make 3 trips!! Trip 1- I dropped off my prescriptions. Called to see if it was ready and they said no I had dropped off the wrong prescription and I asked them if they were planning on calling me to tell me this. No answer okay then. Trip 2- I dropped off the right prescription and she said 20 min. Okay waited for 20 min. Go to pick up my prescription. "Oh your insurance has expired" . I told her there is no way it is expired, ROLLS HER EYES and says "nope it's expired" . Doesn't even bother to look into it. Leave to call my insurance immediately. As I said my insurance was NOT expired. So my insurance calls Walgreens personally to make sure they understand that . Called Walgreens myself just to make sure, the lady apologizes and offers a coupon for my prescription. Okay perfect! Trip 3- went to pick up prescription with the coupon suggested by walgreens. I handed them my coupon and that terrible person ROLLS her EYES again!!! She says the coupon is not valid and they can't use it and doesn't bother to even look into it. I went to this pharmacy yesterday to transfer a prescription, after a bad experience at another Walgreens in town (I reviewed them separately, right before this one). I was a little peevish when I got there but needed to get it done (I touched some wild mustard and have an appalling rash; I needed more ointment!). My only complaint about this pharmacy was that there was no obvious drop-off place. I stood by the cash registers and waited there, as I didn't want to clog up the consult window (which is shielded nicely for privacy). After about 45 seconds a pharmacist walked over (Pete!). I gave him my tube of ointment to check the price. At this point I became a blathering idiot, as I was unsure of my insurance status (in my defense, it has changed twice in the last year) and then not sure if I even had my card on me. The pharmacist was very patient and calm with me, despite my stupidity. They transferred and filled my prescription within ten minutes (completely acceptable), and I was good to go. I have been to this store before. Everybody that works there does a perfectly fine job. I only wish it were open 24 hours. read more

Can't find anything to complain about here. Was in there for a flu shot and the staff was as nice as can be. They were very smart and they were very polite. It's worth stopping in for a snack or two if in the area. But...c'mon, it's Walgreens, nothing too crazy. read more

Walgreens Pharmacy in Sun Prairie contains some of the rudest pharmacists I've ever met in my life. Telling me things like "You need to go to the hospital" because I need an inhaler when they are not my doctor or know any of my symptoms. Constantly embarrassing me in front of a line of people and overall slow service on top of rude pharmacists that think they are doctors. Do not recommend this pharmacy for anyone. read more

The pharmacy is AWFUL. I came in to fill a prescription two days early because my insurance deductible was rolling over for the new year, and I wanted to beat it to save money. When I explained this to the pharmacist, she accused me of wanting to get my prescription early, not to save money, but because I needed the pills. I went to CVS today, and her refusing to actually talk to me and understand me cost me ONE HUNDRED EXTRA DOLLARS. For her sake, I hope I never see that girl outside of Walgrreens. Although I should add that young blonde guy who works up front is very sweet and helpful whenever I've gone in there, but after the way I've been treated repeatedly by the pharmacy staff, I will never set one foot in that store, ever again. read more

It's a Walgreen's - if you've been to one, you've been to most. They're pretty standard. Good pharmacies/drugstores with a bit of convenience items. This location gets particular kudos for having a polite, well-run, and up-to-speed 1hr photo department. Not all Walgreen's locations have good photo labs, and this one is definitely up to snuff. read more

There is always a 20-30 minute wait at the drive-up pharmacy. This is for prescriptions that are already filled and just need to be picked up. It took 24 minutes today and there was only one car ahead of me. This has been happening for several years. I switched to a different company and do mail order prescriptions when possible. read more
