I highly recommend not using this pharmacy. I have never dealt with a pharmacist and pharmacy support staff so rude. They will hang up on you after sitting on hold for 15+ minutes and will be blantenly rude to you. read more

Conveniently located in midtown right next to the hospital, this Walgreens serves its purpose whether I need a quick snack for the kids or anti nausea meds after surgery. Customer service has been friendly, even though they don't have as much of a selection as some Walgreens stores. read more

I'm giving you a well-deserved 4-star but in my heart you're only a 2-star because of my proclivities towards Eckerd's - the Florida pharmacy/convenience store chain absorbed by CVS. Fact is, Walgreens is the "bombdiggity" in TLH, - especially this location. Why? - Well - I'll tell you. The pharmacy is 24/7. My CVS - that is, the pharmacy/convenience store that I pledge allegiance to - is NOT 24/7. The store itself is, but CVS has scaled back and the 24/7 pharmacy is elsewhere in town - Lord knows I don't know where. So... - In the event I'm tasked with fetching drugs in the wee hours - the closest one to me is this one right here. It makes sense that it would be 24/7. After all, it IS the dispensary most adjacent to TMH. Back in 2011, I lived two blocks away from this Walgreens and so effectively, it was my convenience store of choice. Today, it is but a place that I frequent when the other places in town are closed and I haven't the desire or loyalty to drive further than need be. Bottom line: Walgreens at Magnolia & Miccosukkee - you're awesome. read more

Terrible, unhelpful staff. I went to get a case of Dasani water because it was advertised on sale for the week. There were none on the shelf I asked the cashier if they have anymore on stock, she said no and told me to go to the next Walgreens store. I walked by another staff and asked if I could get a raincheck for the water, she said no because the truck will be here "soon". I asked how soon is "soon"? She said Friday. I said to her but today is Monday and your truck won't be here until Friday and you have the water on sale. That is false advertisement. She didn't seemed to care and I was a disappointed customer, I walked out and went to CVS down the street. read more

Two weeks ago I ordered a photo calendar for my brother's birthday gift, and the Walgreen's photo shop manager Linda Harris was terrific. I called today and picked it up via the drive through, again, with Ms. Harris's help. She even recognized my name from two weeks ago. This Walgreens is open 24 hours and is close to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Convenient if you are in a rush and need quick remedies for minor problems. Staff will take care of you any day and anytime with courtesy and attention. read more

Pharmacy brought down the stars from an average 3. Bad service from both the tellers and the technicians. Unfortunately for customers who are coming from TMH (or anywhere really), they don't seem to care much about customers. Can't imagine having to deal with this if I was a patient flying solo and not just the support system of a sickly one. read more

I waited 3 hours for my medicine that was suppose to be 25$, and once it was ready they told me it was 71$. Total waste of and money, I definitely should have got this prescription filled else where. read more

This Walgreens has some of the kindest and most helpful pharmacists that I've encountered. The other day I went to get a flu shot. I discovered that my insurance card had gotten scratched, obscuring an important digit in my ID number. The pharmacists worked with me to figure out the missing digit on my insurance card and to get me the flu shot. They seemed busy but went above and beyond to help me anyway. read more

My wait was short. I got a lot of hair off and a beard trim. Eddie said it was $16. I came here because Chop decided to add a $1 booking fee on their appointment app and a predetermined 20% tip to the $25 I usually paid for my haircut and beard trim. While recognizing a bargain, I also was thinking I needed to pay extra for the more than usual amount of hair that Eddie had to cut so I gave him $25. He did a good job of clearing several months of hair away and deserved every penny I think I have found my new barber.

This is also my neighborhood store. I have been coming to this location and using this pharmacy since it was Sullivans Drugs. I have never had any bad experiences other than the little old lady in cosmetics following me around asking me every five minutes if im ready to check out an if not she follows me around until i am an wants me to check out in cosmetics for some reason even to the point of yelling acrss the store when im on my way to the main register which i have overlooked even though its very annoying. I shop here very frequently because its down the street from my house ,convenient, been shopping here for years, and like walgreens. I have PTSD an have a service dog that i carry in a pet carrier. I have been doingg this for close to two years now with no problems. At at least 2 of the walgreens in Tallahassee. Most of the employees know me and have never said anything about it an it has never been a problem until about 8 days ago when my grandaughter an i along with my service dog zipped in her carrier went in an a black lady that i had never seen before an the infamous cosmetics lady ran me off because i didnt have my documentation for my little service dog. I left because i didnt want my grandaughter to be subjected to the hostility being portrayed by the manager that i had never seen before standing with the cosmetics lady. The next day i went back into walgreens with my service dog did my shopping spoke to a couple of the employees an left. A couple days later do the same thing. Couple days after that i go in with my service dog an the little cosmetics lady was with another customer an she yelled across the store an said in front of the other customer "you cannot bring that dog in here" You have to get him out of here, shes a female dog. And i said this is a service dog an i have a permit but didnt have it with me. I felt acosted by this woman who at any other time is following me around the store asking about my family an how ive been. So i quickly grab a couple gallons of milk go back to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions as i watched her waddle as fast as she could to get a manager . While im in line at pharmcy another manager came snottily to ring me up so she could inform me of walgreens policy after 2 years of no problems. I have permits for my service dog an i feel totally picked on an descriminated against. Not to mention i can go down the street to magnolia an apalachee parkway an the employees are always friendly,helpful an like my little chihauha. I have her securely in a carrier an shes not bothering a thing. I spend alot of money at walgreens an would never expect to be treated like this. By read more
