They are positive, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. They go out of their way to help. From their patience at Eat's Southern Cooking with a large order during their busiest morning time to one of their checkout clerks helping me to my car with my order, they make my visit a pleasure. That, in turn, makes me pass other closer gas stations to get to this one! In today's negative customer climate, thanks for your awesome customer service! While I'm on the subject, Eat's Southern Cooking is a gem. Located within the SunStop, they serve a traditional buffet-style country breakfast and lunch that is superior to many regular restaurants. From their egg casserole to their fried pork chops and fish, the entree selections encompass everything you could want and more! If you haven't tried it, you don't know what you are missing! Trust me and make a special trip to Eat's for breakfast or lunch...you'll be very glad you did!

Apparently there are 3 McKenzie Markets here in Tallahassee and this one on North Monroe is a real…read moredump! I only stop there for the cheap gas if I am on that side of town. There pumps are so dirty that I wear gloves when I go there to keep my hands clean and the trash is usually overflowing. The few times I have been inside the employees never acknowledge you and are very rude. The store manger, Janette is just as rude! I actually heard her tell a customer to get the hell out of her store because the customer complained about not being able to use the restroom. This store is also very dirty. They need to go in there and remove everything in the store and give it a good cleaning from top to bottom and then they need to find a manager who actually has some pride in the place. I suggest you skip this location and try the McKenzie Markets on Capital Circle NE. It is spotlessly clean and the staff there are amazing! I plan on doing a review for them as well.

If you travel north on US 27 from downtown Tallahassee, this gas station will be the second last…read morestation on the northbound route before I-10. This is not the most cheapest gas station in Tallahassee. But it provided the convenience before get to I-10. It has 16 gas pumps make thing go smoother. The convenience store is run by circle K and the gas is shell. Because the circle k is very low building, not sure their security camera is. I wonder they can provide full security to the customers. But, the area is nice enough with a lot of traffic that I feel ok there.

There was this awful smell. It smelled so bad that I don't even know how to describe it. I almost threw up. I was surprised I even made it that far enough to purchase a Pepsi. I'm definitely shocked.
