Nat is one of nicest & most helpful employees of any retail store I've been in, period. He's the definition of what customer service should be. Every single time I go to this location and Nat is working, he's happy to see you, knows everything about what the store has, knows about photo department, anything really. Other than the weird shortage of cashiers (seriously, everyone is complaing about it), is a quick way to get some OTC and snacks in my local area. Convenient enough for quick deliveries for my home especially during allergy season. read more

yesterday at 8:50 pm I went there to buy some things that I needed there was 3 people in the register I put my things on the desk greeted and politely smiled , they ignored me completely They were counting the register so understood they were busy I stood there around 5 minutes With my things still in the counter Then two people come around and get ringed up even tho I had my stuff in the counter , and I asked was the register open the whole time And the employee said umm yeah ( I think his name is nick) i Got upset but didn't tell them anything I think they should work on friendliness and professionalism Please check the camaras so you can see that I am not making anything up read more

Came here to buy magnet bottle openers. They have them. They're actually cheaper than some of the street vendors. They only sell beer and wine, no hard liquor. I guess that's a Seattle thing. Had to go to Whole Foods for alcohol. read more

I just love coming to this Walgreens (though I do wish they had a drive thru sometimes because the parking can be tough). I have all my prescriptions here and every time I go in, I end up leaving with something else I saw as I walked down the aisle on my way to the pharmacy. Curse you, $10 fuzzy scarves that I cannot live without. They're really efficient and friendly at the pharmacy here. They're organized and even though they have a line often, they help people quickly. read more

Unprofessional pharmacy stuff. Poor customer service. Checked online to make an appointment for flu shot , it shows you don't need it. went to pharmacy after standing on line for 20 minutes she sent me back home with my kids to make an appointment for another day because they are busy .There was only two patients and it was too much work for her to handle it. read more

shame on walgreens pharmacy staff!!! endangering the wellness of a patient trying to retrieve medication. blaten discrimination, race, appearance, educated person. told to sit down, refusal to provide customer service, refusal of assistance !!!! then had customer repay for prescription already pre paid via internet. did anyone know about walgreens rx???? after finding out via self research, joined then prepaid medication to find out... the store dengrrates customers, discriminated against their customer and demanded a duplicate payment to aquire medication. shame on you walgreens pharmacy personnel. wow read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this pharmacy is so worthy. 1. PROCESSING- they texted my prescriptions were ready. I went to pick up. I waited 15 mins in line to find they were not ready. So, waited 25 more for them to process and then another 15 in line again. I asked if i could bypass the line since i already waited it in once and they said no. Then i find out some of my prescriptions were still missing. TRACKING SYSTEM. Rather than wait in line again they recommended using their tracking system and to return when ready. That system indicated my missing prescriptions were processing. This status never changed for a full week. I finally called and they said they'd process now and to come and pick up. So i was back at step 1 waiting in line again. Not to mention i had already been without my meds for over a week. 2. NO PRESCRIPTION DROP OF LINE - So you wait in their long line twice to get your prescriptions. 3. DRIVE THROUGH is extremely slow. Ive never waited less than 40 minutes in line. Today i waited an hour. 4. DELIVERY SYSTEM - I opted for delivery on a refill. After 7 days of no delivery. I called and they told me the courier never picked it up. So i ended up having to go and pick it up...back in their long line again. 5. Calling in for a Persription refill is hit or miss. Sometimes rather than give you a pick-up time it will transfer you to speak to a pharmacist. When then happens I've been placed on hold repeatedly only to be hung up on after waiting over 20 minutes. Other than a good location for me there's is absolutely nothing positive about this pharmacy. Save yourself and try anywhere else. It couldn't be worse. read more

I am disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism this establishment showcased this morning. I went on my daily strolls this morning and needed to stop it at my local Walgreens when in line. I had to break some change. The elderly clerk named "SHEILA" was so cold in her nature, she payed me no mind and when I had asked to break change she told me "not for you we don't". I then had asked if I had bought something with my money if then I could get change. She then responded with "I won't authorize that". Well alright SHEILA, you just lost a customer. I hope somebody puts you in a home. Serves you no right to treatment like the dog that you think I am. When In reality the name Sheila was the name of my childhood dog who ran away. You see, my mother has a greeting card obsession that she unwittingly passed on to her eldest daughter, me. I cannot not collect greeting cards. I mean, it's better than an addiction to meth. Picked OTC DayQuil tablets from the aisle. Wouldn't let me check that out without a valid "government ID"!!! What the.... Must be some new regulation... hard to believe. Regardless this doesn't bode well for all parties involved. I ordered it on Amazon without anyone bothering to ask me for crap! Sudafed decongestant from behind the counter - same deal - and I can understand perhaps that one is a prescription strength medicine, or whatever. But hey! Ordered a calendar - got there a few mins before the time said it'd be ready. They said another 20 mins - okay no biggie. Got there a little over a hour later & still not done. I get it if you're busy, but please call and let people know. I get that time is a commodity and I'm sure they get busy - but my time is important too. So a phone call would have been nice & I would have gladly picked up 90 mins late and save 2 trips to Walgreens. read more

I called to see if my photos are ready to be picked up, I called 4 times, each time the lady hung up or said she would direct me to the photo department, but instead hangs up. On the 3rd call, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, no update. On my 4th call, she says hello and immediately hangs up the phone. It takes 2 minutes to check, Im sure they're not that busy. read more

I went in to pick up pictures that were ordered online. Stood in line for 20 minutes as the associate was helping another (1) customer, never acknowledging me. Finally got rang up by another rude employee. The items that I needed were completly empty shelves. read more

Don't have Fed Ex hold your package at this Walgreens. It arrived there while I was out of town. The FedEx ex site says this Walgreens holds packages for 5 days from date of receiving it. When I went into the store, I was told 3 days and that they didn'thaveit. It turned out to be neither. They received it 5/3 @ 12:50 pm and I showed up today 5/5 at 3:45pm. People WORK so it should have been held till closing and sent back the next day if it was 3 days. The notification I received on my phone said it would be held for 5 days starting on May 3rd, NOT true. I called FedEx Ex and they're sending it back to this Walgreens. God help me. read more

The pharmacy(Tracy CA 11th Street) is in total chaos. They don't communicate properly. Won't fill up the prescription on time. Sometimes cancel the prescription without letting the patient know. If you talk to them they hang up in a rude way. They need to the fix this issue. Anyway I am decided to move to another pharmacy. Tired of getting treated in an arrogant way. May be they need to get a good training. Arrongant people should not serve in Pharmacy or in any health care area. read more

The pharmacist wouldn't walk to the counter and spoke to me through an intermediary, despite being four feet away from me. There was no eye contact and direct questions past her intermediary were ignored. This treatment made me feel unimportant. This rating is a direct result of that poor interaction. My physician left for holiday vacation and could not be contacted for a prescription renewal. I requested two pills (high blood pressure) to make it past Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I would then go to urgent care. My request was denied, so here I sit on Christmas Eve at an urgent care clinic waiting to be seen. Providing two pills would have been kind, although to be fair, they already provided four while trying fruitlessly to contact my vacationing doctor. Getting a prescription is my responsibility, however courtesy in communication is theirs. Edit: The doctor said I should find another pharmacy. read more

And so I was disappointed! SHITE!!!! I got so excited, there was a sale on a particular brand of shampoo and conditioner I use. 2 for the price of 1. Can't beat that right?? NOT!!!! Only when they have the conditioner available and the shampoo to be MIA!!! CCCCrrrrrrrappppp!!!! I can't have one without the other? What am I to do??? And so, I decided to wait until I go to the Walgreens near where I work........I will tell you what happened there. You will have to read my yelp on that Walgreens. I'm always a fan of walgreens because you get a place that is laid out the same no matter where on earth it is located. This one is no exception. It's not a 24 hour location so it can't be perfect in the Walgreens world but it is clean, laid out well, and the service was good. The location is not the best as it is older and in a small strip mall but it is easy to get in and out onto or off of 11th street here. I certainly recommend coming here instead of CVS across the street. I cannot stand CVS stores. Less crowded than the Safeway across the street as well. Get the walgreens app on your phone and watch the ads. There's always good deals somewhere in the store and it is just a convenient place. Plus the Walgreens brand cough medicine works wonders and way cheaper. read more

Closer to home hence I use this. Their pharmacy is the one I mainly come to. Pharmacy staffs are quite knowledgeable and very helpful. Sometimes they even contact the insurance or the doctor for me for refill prescriptions. You can also pick up the medicine in any Walgreens pharmacy if you are traveling. read more

Their system for prescriptions is ridiculously slow. I had time from my doctor's appointment (11am) to go to get blood work done and grab lunch, and arrived there about 12:20 PM, and they still had not received my prescription electronically. The girl didn't know what she was doing or how to look up the prescriptions and see if it was seen, so I went back to my doctor's office and had them give me printed prescriptions. I am now at Costco waiting for them to fill it, which is about a 15 minute wait. I will NEVER go there again. On top of this, I received a call that my prescription is ready at Walgreens just now, so I called to cancel it because I REFUSE to give them business - NEVER AGAIN. Tracy Walgreens is a very unfriendly store especially compared to the Walgreens I go to in San Francisco. As soon as I walked in to get laundry softeners, dish soap, and body soap, I heard over the intercom, "Security in all aisles." I immediately said to myself,"what does that mean." During my shopping, some girl did a quick 180 degrees when she ran into my young daughter and I in a certain aisle (I guess she was so called aisle security). My immediate response to that was oh she must be afraid. She was very obvious and acting weird. I told the cashier, who was not at all customer service oriented, that this store was unfriendly, and all she could do was smile. She never said Hi, do you have a rewards card or even asked if I wanted a bag. I am a middle aged woman who was totally offended by these youngsters. This location needs to do better! You won't see me in there again. read more

Quick stop in for some bandages and road trip necessities. Needed to use the restroom and they are on lock down. Can't give you the code so you wait for twenty minutes for someone to let you in. I wouldn't have thought to review a Walgreens except for the fact that I had PHENOMENAL service and as I was leaving today I realized that they've always given me excellent customer service. The store's always been clean and all the staff have been helpful and friendly every time I've come to this location. Divinia, in the cosmetics section, blew me away today when she saw what I was purchasing and pulled me to her checkout because she had coupons for exactly what I had... I ended up saving $7 off what would have been a $20 charge! That's going above and beyond to help a customer and it really made my morning! read more

The most worse location when you need help in printing an urgent photo. They only has option for 4x4 photo. Such a stupid option when you need a photo of 2x2 for a document. Very stupid workers, never want to help you. read more

If you want the worst customer service as far as a pharmacy is concerned this place is for you. Its not like they screw up once, twice or three times its every time. Every time the automated system calls you to pick up your prescription, we show up and they look at you like, we didn't call you, what are you talking about. Then they act like they're doing me a favor, or you need to come back later cause we don't have the medicine you want. I've even called after being notified by there automated system to say hey , do you really have my prescription, they say yeah come on down. I show up and the circus begins. No not sure why your here, that person isn't here now. same ole same ole bad service which starts with with management. I was forced to have my prescriptions here due to change of insurance. I get it, once in a while your off your game but every time! Time for a new coach (MGR). Take a note from my last retailer, Rite Aid, always have there act together and they take responsibility for there actions. Wal-greens is definately on Amazons radar for a take-over. better get your heads out of the sand. read more

Worst pharmacy in Tracy!!! Had a prescription sent over by my doctor. Came in to pick up and went hand the lady my insurance card. She claimed she didn't need it they had my insurance on file. Strange I thought since I've never been here before. 20 minutes later get a phone call saying my insurance isn't active. Really maybe because you don't have my correct insurance. read more

I love using my rewards card and getting reward money to use on my next purchase. I love being able to use the already sale items and using my coupons to save even more. The location is very convenient and the staff is always friendly. I also use this location for my prescriptions and the line is always long. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because the pharmacy always seems to confused and my insurance info always gets deleted?? If it weren't for the saving I would give less stars. read more

Pharmacy clerk would not let my mother purchase my baby brothers medicine because it's "store policy" not to sell us his medicine if we didn't have health plan of San Joaquin. So we pulled out his health insurance card and it IS health plan of San Joaquin now she made up saying health plan of San Joaquin wouldn't cover the medicine so we said okay we will pay out of pocket she said no we can't do that. Mind you my brother can't eat due to his strep throat so he needs his medicine now! He was in pain. So we tell her is there anything she can do so we can get his medicine and go she said call yourself and find out yourself. So that's when I get upset and tell her that he's a 2 year old we need his medicine right now, is there a similar medicine we can get in the meantime she denied and said go to another pharmacy. It's 5:40pm and the nearest pharmacy is 20 mins away and they close at 6pm that's not an option. Then the next moment a pharmacist said she'd take over and help us.... thanks to her we got my brothers medicine and the insurance DID end up covering it and the pharmacy clerk just rolled her eyes did not even apologize. read more
