Great price on 9mm ammo as usual. Not everything is a screaming deal, but if you're looking for ammo, this is the place to buy it.

I will not be buying my Rifles there, I will not come back to the store. I have been going there for years, since I was a kid. I'm 40 now, and decided for the first time to buy my rugger 10/22 there. I was thinking, yes, I am glad that I spent my money there than other places that I could have made the purchase. on the tenth day, I realized my rifle was ready for pick up. I'm in the Navy Reserves now. 18 years in. I called in, because I did not receive the email to pick up my rifle. The employee working said he can see that my rifle was approved. But he cannot release it to me because he is from another store. I was confused. Why would they have someone there, who cannot sale or have access to realeased approved rifles/guns. I Went to drille and was drained, but wanted to pick up my rifle, and was on my way there, but I got out late, but the store does not close for 15 minutes. When I called, the manager Tanner Tarkington said, "Don't come in!" I was surprised, and questioned him, is that how you talk to customers. He took it back, and then wanted to know if I can make it in time. I told him I can, but since he acted that way, then I won't come in. I was not abne to come in on Sunday after Navy Drill. Monday I was not able to due to my kids sports. I finally walked in today, only to find out again, they cannot release me the rifle, because no one is working that can. They said one guy got injured on an ATV, and one guy called out. I was so upset. I said, I hope the guy is ok, and gets better, but I explained, that I have not able to get my rifle the same thing. I went to the front and explained my self to the lady and the manager Tanner Tarkington. Tanner, said what do you want me to do? I said, the only I have not been able to get my rifle has been due to him and his employees, and how I frustrated to trust, that I made the "Right" decision to make the purchase there. To tell people to go there and support our local Bi-Mart. I asked him, that I'm really upset and asked if he could do anything. He had no idea written on his face. And then he said, "What, do you want a freebeee? I am not able to just give you a freebee." I was so upset, that he said that to me. I told him, that its not a freebee, its compensation for being a loyal customer and all my troubles that I have gone through. Also for a Manager to just rudely say that to me, made me so upset that I got his name and card, with the Main manager "that is unavailable for two days" Mike Colbo." This store number is #648. The lady at the front was nice, and I did tried to call Mike, but got her again. I asked her, "how would you feel if you have had a terrible experience at a store, you want to talk to a manager, and the manager tells you that, about just wanting a freebee. Instead of acknowledging my issues sincerely, instead of saying what he said?" she explain, no, I would be really upset as well. He said he would not be able to help me. And I said I wont be buying from them, and I will letting everyone Know My Experience, and how Bi-Mart does not care for their customerse maybe they save what, 10 percent off a next purchase, or hundreds of my dollars, plus my family, my friends, military members, and so on, to not go to a place, where they do not value their customers. read more

Have trouble changing prices and putting things under the correct price tag. Had a sale for banquet beer 30 rack and sale price said 24.95 and it rang up for 27.99. I then asked the cashier if I could go take a picture and they said it wouldn't matter and that workers put stuff in the wrong spot all the time. read more

Everything good that Wal-mart used to be. Local, great prices, and lots of stuff that bigger chains have forgotten about.

Bi-Mart has been around since I was a kid. While places like K-Mart, Sears, etc struggle, BiMart plugs along. Employee owned. Prices are always fair, and they carry good quality items. This particular store in Vancouver is pretty large and offers a nice selection. I always used to go to BiMart for my outdoor gear and fishing stuff. Its good to see a place like this compete against the huge retailers and still survive, even in this age of internet shopping. I will always shop here when I can. read more

I like Bi Mart. They have decent sale prices and good clearance sales at end of season times. I've been to this location a hundred times and there's always the perfect amount of customers there. Enough to keep the doors open but not enough to annoy me. Bought a gun there a few months ago and a great, easy experience. read more

I Just want to note that in 2020 this has to be one of the worst, outdated websites I been on.

I've been shopping here for years and their prices are always good. They have a great toy selection of more traditional toys like cars, trucks, dolls, toy guns etc. Bi Mart is a great place to get outdoor sporting goods. Decent hardware selection, excellent pharmacy, complete housewares dept and good plants/gardening section. Service is better than most department stores and if there is any line forming at the check stand they are always quick to open another checkstand. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the return process is a bit of a hassle. You have to do the return at Customer Service and they give you a slip that you then have to take to a check stand for your refund. Other than than I highly recommend Bi-Mart to everyone. read more

this is a favorite place for me. they always help they are always nice. the pharmaceutical staff are highly trained. they address med changes like they are your family. they have cautioned me about dangerous medication overlaps that my Dr missed..I am at peace health so I guess that's the norm. always a pleasure to come here. read more

I like the store employees,I dislike the fact we bought 7 year car batteries,they were exchanged at 3 years having gone bad.They no longer carry 7 year,they exchanged for 3 year batteries.very aggravating.lose 4 years. read more
