Some of the reviewers have already said this better, but seriously...choose a different pharmacy. This is WAY worse than any other pharmacy. It often takes 30-45 minutes of waiting in line at the pharmacy before you get helped. After waiting 45 minutes for six people in front of me to be helped, I finally realized what was causing the holdup--One of my two prescriptions wasn't ready, so the clerk literally walked back to the pharmacist's and waited with them while they filled my second prescription. The clerk stayed in the back there at least five minutes while everyone in line behind me had to wait for my second prescription to be refilled! They make everyone in line wait for the previous person's prescriptions to be filled! What a terrible way to process customers. What is the solution? Easy...she should have told me to wait for my second prescription off to the side, and gone on to help the next customers in line (whose prescriptions were probably ready for pickup). Some of the other customers there had been waiting one hour to pick up their prescriptions... A couple times I have gone around 9 am and was helped in about 5 minutes, which was very refreshing. So, they are doing something right when not a lot of people are there, but during any crunch time this place fails HARD. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy sorta reminds me of watching a monkey try to f*ck a football... IE Three customers in line, nine staff members behind the counter unorganized and doing 4-5 tasks at once. The group manages to get very little done efficiently except for frustrating everyone waiting in line. read more

This place is horrible. I guess they figure since they're open 24 hours they can take FOREVER. This happens EVERY time I've had to go here. I only come here because my regular pharmacy(Safeway great) isn't open long hours. I can't believe Walgreens as a company let's this happen. It's no mystery either. The hundreds of bad reviews on yelp are totally true!! Shame on the store manager and the pharmacy manager for this. Totally bizarre that it's acceptable to be soo slow. I have always had an alright time with the staff at Walgreens', but today was the first time that I encountered an employee as friendly, helpful, and mindful as the employee at the Beauty department named Kymestry. She went out of her way to search the store for a makeup product that was out of stock, showed me some of the best products that I've ever used, and assured me a supply of the product that I was looking for upon my next visit. I will be coming from another city just for this Walgreens, because customer service is everything, and I am very happy with my experience here. The other locations are very uncaring. read more

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in the history of Walgreens. You cannot come here any time of day without having at least a 30 minute wait. I have been coming here monthly for a year and never once have I been able to just walk in, pickup my prescription, and go without some complication occurring that is completely the fault of the pharmacy. There's definitely something VERY wrong at this Walgreens pharmacy. I was trying to pick up a standard ear infection medicine for my two year old. I waited in the drive through pharmacy line for over an hour only to be told they were out of my medication. I asked them to give me something comparable because amoxicillin is standard but there are a million other penicillins that would work. After a struggle and back and forth they finally told me to pull over and come inside for service. Much to my dismay, I parked and carried my sick two year old inside only to be met with a disgustingly long line of very ill people (one lying on the floor in the aisle) waiting for their meds. No sir! This is gross negligence. I had to leave! My two year old has no meds tonight but I really feel sorry for those in line who needed dire attention. Please do better or avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!!! Never going back EVER!!!! read more

Was told the flu shot takes 30 min in waiting. I waited 2 hours. I stood in line for 30 min, they made me sit and served 50 people. After 1 hour I just started to stand by the desk asking every 30 seconds where the flu shot was. Everyone in line was sick and coughing on me. Great, because I have premie twins at home. read more

do not use this pharmacy they are serving people with out masks, tech that was helping me asked a person in line to go get a mask and he argued, well i though she won but he came back with the assistant store manager Michael to be told Walgreens are not kicking people out for not wearing masks and that they are willing to pay all fines that they may get from state or county how low can a business go that sells prescriptions to the sick, not sure of the tech's name she has been there for a long time i do know she is Irish read more

They have a good candy selection and that's pretty much the best part. Their pharmacy is usually crowded and takes a long time. But they are usually good at helping you out. I've had great and horrible experiences but thanks to my responsive doctor, I have never had an issue getting my medicine from some Walgreens before I ran out. But if my doctor was less responsive, I could see it being a huge issue. They do what they can, but they get slammed and end up being short on medications. This has happened in multiple Walgreens in the area and this is now my back up pharmacy. There are less crowded Walgreens. But they do well given the circumstances. read more

I drove up to the drive through a and waited while FIVE people ahead of me inside a young obviously inexperienced girl with no manners served before even acknowledging me. After ten minutes I lightly honked she knew I was there and specifically ignored me. Once other cars began pulling up behind me the manager finally came and took my identification for my order. Just came in there and I received the worst customer service ever. Never coming back. I felt discriminated against just because the color of my skin. I asked this guy named Colt for help and from the get go he was instantly rude to me. I literally hate this place. Every single time I need to refill a perscription it is a hassle and a frustrating experience. The automated phone voice is glitchy and obnoxious, and they must be understaffed because it takes at least 20 minutes on hold for me to speak to an actual person. When working with people's medications, a pharmacy should aim to work with their customers and be helpful, and that is not the case here. After dealing with my most recent issue with getting a prescription filled, I feel at a loss and that my medical needs are not well looked after. Out of nearly everything I wanted, this Walgreens is still a 3-star. The stock guy only somewhat-reluctantly opened up a dozen blue bins that were just delivered to see if the crackers I wanted to buy were in the delivery (I'm sure he didn't want to do it, but he still did... plus he took a peek in the back to see if my items were there); although the crackers weren't in stock and although I walked out with nothing, but I still deem this place to be A-OK due to the somewhat decent service. read more

Expect to wait for at least 30 minutes, and then find out your prescription isn't ready. Also expect them to tell you your prescription will be ready in 30 mins. Warning: it will take at least twice as long as they say. So you'll probably end up hanging around for another hour. Such a waste of time. There's been a huge line every time I come here. read more

First, the pharmacy technician looked all over the place, and it took several minutes just to locate my prescriptions. Then, their system would not accept my correct phone number. When asked to help/override, the pharmacist ran onto the floor instead, bumping me on the way. If you want to wait in line, then be "helped" incredibly inefficiently, this is your place. I left. I really needed the medicine, but I wasn't prepared to wait even longer, so I had to leave. I will never go here again. The only 24 hour pharmacy in town! :-(. Forget about customer service, or friendly staff... Neither at the pharmacy nor at other counters in the store. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist are not customer friendly, it seems as if the whole store is angry that they are here 24 hours a day. While being ignored with a pharmacy prescription to drop off, I called CVS down the street... They closed in 20 minutes so I had no choice but to stay here and endure. You have to wait in lines for 15 mins to drop off the script, they say 20-25 mins to get ready. After 50 mins from drop off (65 mins in the store) I asked if they call out when prescription is ready. They said mine was ready and pointed me to the same line I waited in to drop off the script. Another 15 mins in line.... Horrible place, poorly run....and rude staff Give me an alternative and I'd never return... They operate as if they know there's no where else to go read more

I am NEVER coming here again. I brought my prescription in at 7:00 PM and wasn't able to pick it up until 11:00 PM. Pick up and drop off had 20 and 15 minute lines, respectively. That's insane. They are totally understaffed and disorganized. I heard 2 telling comments from fellow customers while I was waiting in line: "I've been waiting here forever" and "this place is always like this."
