Here, it comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo, spices, oil and vinegar. The bread is soft, the cheese sub comes with American, provolone and Swiss. The folks working here are always polite and make sure you get exactly what you like. The shop looks almost exactly like it did when I was a kid in the 90s, they actually have the price lists from years past posted at the register. If things are dirty it makes you wonder about the employee cleanliness and how the prep areas are cleaned. Even the piece of plastic above the food pickup area was disgusting. The first coffees we poured were not hot at all. We dumped them out and had to ask for new a new coffee carafe to be put out. When we got the food we went out to the car. There was something crunchy and black that wasn't supposed to be in my food. I got creeped out that it was a bug and threw the rest of the food away. Overall, this place needs a good cleaning. Then after few minutes the pharmacist administer the vaccination swiftly with no hassle. She was willing to answer our queries regarding our future schedule for other vaccinations. The sales associate on the counter was helpful too. When asked on one item she knows where the items were and made our transaction faster.

However, over the years this location has missed a step or two. Items are (seemingly) not restocked as often, shelves could be more organized (it's not a mess, but sometimes you need an extra few moments to find what you need because it may not be where you expect). Also, almost every time I have gone in the past year there is a person outside asking for money. He is not aggressive, but I find it odd that a store would allow someone to become such a permanent fixture without trying to help him out somehow. The one thing I will say for this location is that the staff is always outstanding. This is only one of two Walgreens I have ever been to where employees have actually come up to ME to ask if I needed help. It happens so seldom my brain sort of freezes when it does because it's such an unusual experience! This is not my "go to" Walgreens, but in a pinch this location will do.
