Holy dear jeebus this is probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I normally don't even bother with chain pharmacies but my grandma was discharged from the hospital on the weekend and needed a medication that the independent pharmacy I normally go to did not have in stock. This store is close to where I live so I figured I would give them a chance. Called this pharmacy right around opening time on a Saturday (June 16th) I believe and honestly the person who answered the phone must truly hate their job there. Answered the phone with the most IDGAF voice and all they said was Walgreens. I asked if they had the particular medication and dose in stock and they gave me attitude like I didn't know what I was talking about. At this point even if they had the medication I would not even want to fill the script here. Let me just say I'm a pharmacist as well, working at a major healthcare system as well as retail pharmacy. The pharmacy here absolutely BLOWS! One guy behind the counter ignores you and keeps typing into his computer while you're talking to him. My friend is a little passive when it comes to people like this. But not I! When you yell at the guy behind the counter he responds. Now, these pharmacy (and I use the term loosely) "workers" care nothing about the well-being of customers. The few times I've been there (I'd NEVER get my prescriptions here), I've seen people driven to aggravation by these workers finding some excuse or another to refuse the prescription. An elderly lady next to us was there to get her pain meds, but for some ungodly reason they refused her. Okay, never mind, lady. Sucks to be you. Hope you don't suffer! My friend dropped a script for her depression meds, they supposedly faxed the doctor (doc never got it) for authorization. They guy said they'd fax her again. Okay, then what if she still doesn't get it? Well, he said, they fax it every 3 days. The third time, if they don't get a response, they call. Seriously?? So... go without depression medication for 9 days. Right. So, my friend gets a new script for blood pressure meds. The pharmacy calls her and says they're out of it.... and they won't have a re-supply for 3 months. Um.. what?! 3 months. Good luck. So, today the pharmacist needed to fill a new prescription for her. Middle of the day. She was told all pharmacists were in a meeting, come back at 5. My friend takes the bus. It's not easy for her to get there. The worse thing is that they just don't care. I hope they lose business. So much business that they have to close down this sorry excuse for a pharmacy. Go to CVS. You get $5 extra bucks for every 10 prescriptions. Also, if you're dissatisfied with anything, you can call their customer service and they usually try to rectify the prob... but RUN from this Walgreens. They are HORRID read more

This is my go to Walgreens. Plenty of parking, clean and friendly staff. I usually go here to get miscellaneous items late at night as well has medicines. I recently went here for my prescriptions and the staff was super nice and efficient. The pharmacist throughly explain how to use the medicine. I'll probably be going here from now on to get my prescriptions. read more

Now I understand why the reviews for this Walgreens is so bad. I had to go to the ER last night for severe back pain. The ER provided a script for a muscle relaxer because the one prescribed to me the previous day was a low dose so stated the new one would help. I called over first to see if the ER sent the script digitally so I cld have it delivered and of course they hadnt. Peter I believe (the pharmacy tech) stated right now the wait time for an RX was about 20 minutes. I live around the corner but driving is agony. However mustered the stregnth to go. Get there maybe 7 minutes later, go through drive thru and was told now it would be an hour!? I said I just called. Then it switched to 20 minutes again. I get a call while waiting stating that insurance is declining the medication because I got a muscle relaxer filled yesterday. I work in Insurance and knew that didnt sound right, so called my Insurance through work and they called the pharmacy department to tell them they can run it through and let me know that it would be ready in 15 minutes. Still in immense pain I waited. Drove back through and sat there for a few minutes for someone to at least acknowledge my prescense. Finally, the pharmacist Qyintashia (probably spelling that wrong) says we cant fill it because of insurance? Why didnt anyone call me like they did before? And who told my insurance company the RX would be ready in 15 minutes. No answer. Asked to speak to the store Manager (I thimk his name was Steve) and he finally said what no one else did after an hour easy in pain. The Pharmacist themselves refused to fill the medication. So they left me there in pain, that I couldn't of communicated more and didnt care. And the best part of this demeaning experience, is as im sitting there in literal tears sobbing in pain they are laughing. Cold. Im so tired of trying to figure out why. It doesnt matter. But its cruel. it was so cruel. So ended up driving in pain back to neighborhood market, having to walk in pain to bring a handheld prescription into the store crying in pain but they brought the medication out after filled. The only reason it took longer was due to me moving so slow. When I received my Covid Vaccines here and stop in from time to time never really had an issue. Oh an I had the joy of one of the workers on break watching me in my car a good amount of time while waiting as a customer. The most demeaning experience at Walgreens. read more

I called in to check my prescription status. Was told by a girl from the pharmacy that my doctor never sent the prescription. That was on Friday. I called every single day. Today is Sunday. Frustrated being told there was no prescription; I created a Walgreens online account. Guess what? Its been there since Friday. On Friday I told her there's 2 separate accounts you guys made under my name, birthday and phone number, she told me that was impossible! Guess what, went to store after suffering this whole weekend; turns out there's two accounts: same name, birthday, and number. About the 4th, 5th time this has happened. Last time was my heart meds, I don't think I'm giving you guys another chance when the the last 3rd, 4th time I was told "we'll take care of it, won't happen again...." clearly you guys don't thoroughly check or not train properly. And brazenly don't care about your customers whom have been patronage since i was a little kid. Im going with a separate delivery service. I rather travel the extra short distance to stater bros or Walmart if I need anything now. One of the most retarded layouts of any Walgreens. You walk right into the cashier lines when you walk in. The pharmacy staff is slow and rude to boot. I like this walgreens. The employees are always very helpful. They have a pharmacy in the back, a 1 hour hour photo lab, and all kinds of useless crap like garden gnomes and yo yos. They even dedicate 2 aisles to seasonal useless crap, which always grabs my attention. During the summer it's beach balls and coolers. For Winter there's ornaments and snow flakes. Props for being open 24 hours and having the drive thru pharmacy. read more

I've kept my reviews to only restaurants, but this pharmacy angered me so much that I'm putting in an effort to write a nasty review. I promise I am a patient person, but... What kind of DRIVE-THRU makes you wait for half an hour behind just one car?!?!! PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME. Can you not tell the car you're attending to to park somewhere else so the other customers waiting in line can be assisted?!?!?! All I wanted to do was to pick up medication for my mom. For something that was supposed to take 2 minutes took nearly half an hour at a drive-thru line. That is outrageous, ridiculous, and baffling. Not only did I have to wait for that long, but once I was finally able to pull my car up to the window, the pharmacist was nowhere to be found and I was left wondering whether or not the 24-hour drive-thru was still open. When he finally appeared at the window, he did not apologize for the dreadful wait I had to endure. Thanks for the great customer service, Walgreens. If you're here to pick up meds, do yourself a favor and go to Target instead. Generic meds there are only $4 vs. $16.99 here, anyway. I hate Walgreens with a passion. read more

This "was" my favorite drug store. Unfortunately an experience is only as good as its help. Big and clean. I wanted a styptic pencil. I looked and looked for a long time. I asked for help and was directed to the same place I had previously looked - but I tried again in vain. I did buy some Lithium AA batteries. Leaving I saw the Rite Aid across the street. I ask them for the same item and was told they had one left and exactly were to find it. I also purchased the same batteries for less at Rite Aid. I returned the batteries and was not asked why the return. From now on I am going to Rite Aid fist for my needs. Everyone in this Walgreens Store seemed in a funk. read more

Pharmacist came out to tell me it was patient's fault and left. Tech took over and made a bigger mess. Told me to drive to the Walgreens down the street and that it'll be ready in an hour. Came after an hour and they didn't have it. Then had to drive back to the original Walgreen and wait another two days for it. It's needed meds for traveling and I already notify them. Seriously, where's the option to give NO STARS? My first time there wasn't as bad - I was helped by a nice asian lady at the counter. When she found out I was Vietnamese, she told me to speak Vietnamese with her every time I come in. I mean, no problem, but what's the point of coming to America and not making the effort to learn the English-language? Meh. My third time here was probably my last. I came to pick up a prescription for expenisive-ass antibiotic eyedrops and the staff did NOT hold back on treating me like a dumbass... and ALL I did was smile, said "Hello~" and answer their questions... My husband came to this Walgreens location twice for his covid vaccine. In both instances, he had a wonderful experience. The store is clean. The customer service is outstanding and best of all, the staff are friendly and nice. He was able to get his covid vaccine done very timely. For today's appointment, he was in and out of the store with 20 minutes. I was quite impressed with the super fast service. This store is a far drive from our house, but definitely worth the drive. For my covid vaccine, I chose a closer location to get it done and I regretted for going there. I wish I chose this location to get mine covid vaccine done. For any future pharmacy needs, my husband and I will come back here. read more

This Walgreens normally is great. The staff is great and the pharmacist too. Pharmacy is clean. However, I will say that today I had this pharmacy tech who's Asian and on the older side and has glasses and black hair. So I'm here to pick up my Rx and pull up at the drive thru window. I informed her of what I'm picking up. She then proceeded to tell me " you need a prescription from your dr" and I explained to her No my dr gave me refills. And then after several times of this ... she finally goes "oh is that the ___" And I'm like yeah. So then she tells me oh it's early. You got this in October. I'm like yeah. January 1, 2019 is tmw and I should be able to pick it up. So she then looks into the computer and tells me that I'm a couple of days early. FYI it's birth control pills. I live nearby so I go here a lot. They're extremely short staffed. The customer service from the staff is bad. There's one amazingly nice cashier, the others not at all. Most the time they're involved in conversation, or trying to rush you out the door as quickly as possible without being friendly. The door greeter is nice. The manager of this store has amazing customer service skills, and has helped me personally. But, it seems they don't pay much attention to staff service. I have no complaints about the manager, but the staff need to get it together. read more

It's conveniently located next to my house and in a pretty good plaza. The workers are usually pretty friendly and always willing to help. Recently came in to get my passport photo taken and it was fast. The photographer was nice and actually tried to have a convo w/ me. I didn't know you CAN'T smile at all for your passport photo so it was nice of him to tell me after taking the picture that he's gonna have to redo it 'cause I shouldn't be smiling. I'm sure most other workers wouldn't have said anything. The other times i've been here for medicine, the pharmacist was nice and would ask if I needed help then make recommendations of whichever med I needed. read more

So i was discharged from the hospital at about 9:30 on Saturday night with a list of prescriptions to fill so sent to Walgreens with the big lighted letters out front that says "24 HOUR PHARMACY" So we walk in and are immediately asked by the kid working there if we there to fill a prescription, I affirmed that we were and he said the pharmacy is closed. So what is the point of having a 24 hour pharmacy, with a pharmacy that closes? I will never shop at a Walgreens, not that I actually have. read more

I'm surprised that this store is not in Yelp's records, because it's a pretty decent Walgreens that's been around for a while now. Walgreens is a large chain with a variety of stores, and I am always a sucker for their 24 hour stores. This one is pretty decent because both the pharmacy and the store are 24 hours. It's a smaller store, but it has surprisingly a large number of items that I would find useful. In fact, I found the hard to find Panda PillowPets here, which I could not find at other places that carry PillowPets (like Mission Viejo Mall or CVS). The prices here are not that great, but when they have a sale it's pretty good. For example, Burt's Bee's Facial Cleanser is 18.49 here on sale vs CVS's regular nonsale price of 17.99, but then SlimFast is 4.99 here on sale vs CVS regular price of 8.39. The store is not exactly super clean, but it's not super dirty either. I haven't tried their pharmacy services so I can't comment on that. I do want to say that the front store person who was ringing me out was pretty knowledgable about vitamin supplements despite not a pharmacy worker. My friend and I were talking about how bad the 5 hour energy shots were, and the person ringing us up started talking about it through a 10 minute accurate lecture on the harmful effects of vit B toxicity (it checked out with the material I had just learned in my nutrition course). read more

The workers here are very friendly and nice! I came here to the 24 hour pharmacy, and the pharmacist was very helpful because i was ballin on a budget for some medication!! He showed me what I can get, and what are some of the alternatives for what I needed! Most of the time when i come here and I buy Marlboro Smooths, they are the dollar off pack. They, unlike other Walgreens in the area, allow sale of hypodermic syringes which by state law are allowed to be sold OTC but may be discretionarily refused by pharmacists who apparently want aids to be spread. I actually have a prescription for an injectable medicine but I always like to see which pharmacies refuse sale of syringes which in my opinion should result in the loss of their license. There is absolutely no basis to want to restrict sale of syringes and is only done for judgmental biased reasons which contradict state law. read more
