Came in with my entire family for Covid testing, frantic to find someplace with PCR testing. Being so close to the holidays we had to drive out a ways to get to TLC but the staff was so accommodating and patient with us and explained the entire process over several phone calls, especially being the end of a busy workday and days before Christmas. They come out to your car to give you the test, which you swab yourself and give back. Test results in 1-3 days. Thank you so much for taking care of us TLC! read more

Went to TLC Xpress Pharmacy to get my Covid PCR test today and they made the process really quick and easy. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I've done many Covid tests now and this is by far the best process. Highly recommend TLC Xpress if you need to get your Covid PCR test. You just need to book an appointment before you go which was super easy to do as well. Once you arrive, you call the store and someone will come out to your car to explain how to take the PCR test. Once you use the swab, they pick up your bag and you're done. read more

Kevin the owner here is so helpful & nice =) Thank you for being so helpful! I called around to all the pharmacies in the area including the typical Ride Aide, CVS, Walmart, Target, plus the smaller ones in the area too. BTW, Walmart is NOT the cheapest place to get medication. So I decided to try this place it had some really great reviews. This pharmacy was the 1 that was the cheapest price & 1 of the few that actually had the medication in stock. They were even willing to accept a manufacturer's coupon that I had on the medication too. +1 When I got here, Kevin the owner, hooked me up by actually telling me that Kaiser Pharmacy had the medication for even cheaper! =) +1 Kevin even had his techs call there to verify that they had the medication & as to how much it cost. I've worked with TLC for many years now. I have a chronic life threatening illness. I'm on a fixed income and finances are always tight. Julianne has been my specialist since the beginning. I was referred to TLC through a non profit. I had been getting my scripts filled through a major chain for years and found out through Julianne that I had been seriously overcharged for years. They were supposedly a pharmacy friendly to my illness. She is on top of things. She always works hard to make sure I'm getting the best deals. When there is a glitch with my insurance paperwork she is on it! I was with a few horrible HMO's over the years. She helped me finally navigate the system to get the best deals I could to save me money needed to live on. Not only that - I know she truly cares for my well being. I had never worked with a delivery based pharmacy before. The concept scared me. I can assure you with incredibly dedicated specialists like Julianne - I will be there for many years to come. Alrighty guys, here's the dilly on my crazy night. My girl and I were dining at Nhu Y 8 course fish meal...I hate fish but the girl likes it...so whats a brother gonna do?! Anyway, when ordering, I specifically said no peanuts...or any nuts or nut oil for that matter, b/c i'm allergic to this god forsaken ingredient...dish comes out....I eat...and BLAM! My upper lip is swollen to the size of an orange slice and covers my face! I don't even bother complaining to management, I'm just worried about breathing...my lips are already covering my nostrils and it begins to get really hard to breathe. My hot date and I rush out knowing that there is the FV hospital across the street, and as we're about to get in my G-ride caddy, I think to myself "wait a sec, I don't carry insurance, this is going to cost me 2 weeks worth of pay! Plan B Engage!!" So being the smooth criminal that I am, I act all tough and say "baby its aite...it'll heal itself in no time." Then magically I see a shining light streaming down on...TLC Xpress...my godsend savior :) We walk in, and I ask the gentleman behind the counter..."Hey dude, there's a ticking bomb on my face that is about to explode, can you disarm me???" Without even a second thought, he says something like "It looks like you have an allergic reaction, take these 2 benadryls and head to ER to make sure this problem goes away." The pharmacist gives me fresh water, and lets me use the employee only restroom to wash my face and check out my currently ugly mug :( Once I got to the bathroom, my stomach turned from the dinner, and I had to drop some logs in the can...so I sit there for about 10mins and I can immediately feel relief from the swelling go away. As I'm leaving the pharmacy, I ask how much do I owe, and he says "Oh don't worry about it, i'm just glad I was able to help!" Service, Service, Service!! This guy was awesome, totally helped a brother out. I think his name was Kevin. From now on, I'm ONLY going to this pharmacy. Cheers. read more

This pharmacy has the nicest people!! I came in needing some medicine for a cruise I'm about to go on. I had heard of Seabands and asked the lady for some help. Kevin, the pharmacist, and his pharmacy crew has been taking care of my grandmother's medication for several years now. They are always very helpful, especially when requesting the doctor for refills for us. We don't even have to call the doctor ourselves! On top of that, they deliver my grandmother's meds for free to the house! This saves me and the family A LOT of time and effort. Kevin, and the rest of his pharmacy clerks have been taking care of my medications for Acne for the past 3-4 years. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind with my med every time I stop in for a refill. The store has been neat, organized and clean during every visits. Parking has never been an issue and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 min for my meds. I've recently moved to Tustin about a year ago and till this day I've continued to visit this amazing place. Within one month of contacting TLC Pharmacy for service, their professionals did things that led to an Emergency Room visit. Their professionals denied service for an unspecified reason. My best advice is to go to medical professionals that don't endanger your life. I sought out medical professionals that I trust and they got my approvals right away, unlike TLC. read more

I actually decided to come in here because I hate waiting in lines at the CVS and Walgreens and other big chain pharmacies.. so when I first came into this new pharmacy that opened up... I decided to check it out and transfer my prescription here instead. As I walked in, I was greeted by the very welcoming and super friendly staff. The pharmacy is very roomy! They have a very nice waiting area to sit down and relax while your prescription is getting filled. Along with getting my prescription I was able to shop around for some over the counter supplies I also needed, they are full in stock for other medical supplies and cosmetics. As I received my medicine I spoke to the very friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist who answered all my questions about my medication. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had at any pharmacy and I highly recommend their quick and quality service!!! read more

I've Used TLC Xpress for years now. Recently I had an issue with my insurance company, and Julianne worked tirelessly to help resolve the issue between my Dr. and my insurance company. Prior to using TLC Xpress, I used Wallgreens. I became accustomed to poor customer service, long hold times on the phone, and extremely long lines at their retail pharmacies. What prompted me to seek a local pharmacy is I had just gotten out of surgery some years back, and my Dr. faxed a script to Wallgreens, An hour later I got an automated text saying my order was ready for pickup. I arrived and waited 20 minutes in line to pick up my medicine only to find out they could only had enough medicine to fill half of my prescription, and that I had to go to another Wallgreens to get the rest. Not feeling well after just having surgery, I asked if the person behind the counter at Wallgreens could help me locate a store that had it. They said they couldn't as they were too busy. I asked if they knew which location had it, or if I could get some phone numbers for local stores and they told me to Google it on my phone. I left the store furious, and when I got home I reached out to some friends, and two of them suggested TLC Xpress. Worried that Fountain Valley was a distance from Long Beach, I decided to call them. Julianne was my point person, and she did all the back end work and made the switch seamless. She even offered to have my meds delivered to my house for free!! Anytime I have any questions, she's available by phone or text, and the drivers are super nice. I get notifications of my meds each month, and courtesy calls and texts to let me know when their driver will be in my area. I can't recommend Julianne and TLC Xpress highly enough. Forget about the poor service at retail pharmacies and keep business local! read more

I used this place foe several months and was satisfied until I tried to refill a prescription with a pharma-babe named Linda. I called 5 times yesterday morning and no one answered until 10:30 am. I thought I was in trouble when Linda kept interrupting me, and that was confirmed when Linda disputed my wish to refill a prescription, which she haughtily corrected to the term "reorder." Whatever, pharma-babe. After being told that my date of birth was not on file, my name was not on file, and my prescription number "was not real," (we ALWAYS have a number 4 in the front) I decided to take my business to someone that was a little less oppositional, a little more helpful, and a whole lot more competent. The pharmacy I replaced TLC with sent the very same prescription numbers over that Linda said were fake. Good-bye, pharma-babe. read more

I cant say enough nice things about this business. They came to my rescue when my mother needed a prescription filled and I live out of town. They went out of their way to help me and DELIVER the medication to my Mother. They took the time to call and get the prescription from another pharmacy and even though all the deliveries for the day had been made they still agreed to deliver my mothers medication that evening!
