Turned in four prescriptions June 6. One was filled pretty quickly. One needed physician approval and after approval was out of stock, but still was ready fairly quickly. I picked up these two this afternoon June 13, the other two were still not ready but I was told they would be later today, so over a week since requested. But my main issue is that I am getting ready to go out of town, so I told the tech I may not pick them up until Monday. He said that since they were turned in on the 6th they would only hold them until the 16th, even though they are still not ready on the afternoon of the 13th. read more

Slow and disrespectful service. Worst walgreens pharmacy in the area. So tired of waiting 20 minutes, then being told its still not ready and to come back in 20 minutes. This is especially annoying when the Dr put in my order before they even opened and I show up 30 minutes after they open. Why does it take over an hour to mix some antibiotics??? Techs are especially rude when telling you to get out of the drive thru when no one is behind you. Even after telling them I will move if someone else comes up. this is in regards to the pharmacy. prepare for it take at least 3-6 days for them to fill a simple prescription-- you could order online more quickly. Then, even after you have rebrewed your scrips over the phone, be prepared for them not to have all of them ready even after waiting days on end. You will then need to go inside and physically ask for the refill, and they will again try to get you to come back tomorrow. Be polite but firm, and you *may*-- if the Moon is in Saturn and the barometric pressure is rising-- get your scrip after waiting at least 30 minutes LONGER than they promised. All in all, convenience for the customer is at the bottom of their priorities. It is not the staff's fault--- but gross inefficiency is built into the system. The only reason why I have been using them is that Express Scrips is worse and will swap your medications to things to which you are allergic despite prescriptions forbidding that. The pharmacy drive through is ALWAYS extremely SLOW. I hate this store. I will go out my way to avoid. In addition, they never have prescriptions ready to go as promised. They always say just give us 15 minutes to prepare -not acceptable !! read more

Got to the pharmacy at 12:10, waited in line for 10 minutes, told they could not give me a vaccine because they close at 12:30 for lunch and I could return after 2. I asked as its only 12:20 why couldn't they give it and was told " the paperwork takes too long". Not very customer friendly. read more

Attempted to use the store's FedEx services. We confirmed package size and weight requirements for a Walgreens drop off on the FedEx website before we went to the store. As we were approaching the FedEx counter we were being glared at by a scowling Walgreens employee. First words out of her mouth were not "Good Afternoon" or "How can I help you" but a nasty "How big is that, what does it weigh, we have a weight limit" Apparently each Walgreens and possibly each Walgreens employee can set their own weight limits for packages that are significantly less than what is posted on the website. No signage at Walgreens to indicate they do not conform to FedEx requirements. We were treated like we were unreasonable for walking into the store expecting them to perform a service as promised on their website even though we did not push them to take our package. We will not be returning to this Walgreens for anything. Up side is we found a great non Walgreens alternative just a little bit farther from our home. I guess we know why Walgreens stores are under performing. read more

pharmacy is lackluster. they change their hours again, making it almost impossible to pick up a scrip. Also, I am on the "auto-refill" which the only automatic part of that is they will absolutely let you run out and then when I go to get the refill they tell me it's not time for it??? Seriously?! I have used them for several years, but recently they have had SO many issues. Picking up an Rx takes forever....they are never ready. Twice recently they attempted to give me someone else's prescriptions. Today they couldn't find one and said the dr didn't call it in, so I called the dr and they said it had been called in hours ago. While waiting today an older man came in and said he had just picked up his Rx and it was supposed to be for 90 days and the gave him 60. They asked if he had his receipt! Very frustrating and dangerous if you don't pay attention! Going to have to change to a different pharmacy. read more

Take your scripts to the mercy pharmacy in dierbergs or cvs at Clarkson Manchester. This pharmacy is horrible. Crazy lines and they were dishonest about a medication that I needed telling me it was coming in in several days only to admit 10 days later that it had been back ordered for over three months. Cvs had it in stock and in my hands within hours of the Dr sending it there. Cvs techs are also much much friendlier. read more

I must say that a majority of the star rating here comes proximity. This location is extremely convenient for us. Now that said it has the built in inconvenience factor as any other Walgreens. The Slow drive thru, the mandatory walk through junk food or beauty products in order to get to the pharmacy. As well as the mandatory wait if you don't call it in. All of this in order to get you to spend more money here than you would ever expect to just while going to pick up your pills. That aside this has been a good location for us! read more

The Drive through is always busy but it is to be expected as most people tend to sit in their cars and not venture in to the pharmacy. Let's fact it you are not going there to buy food for the most part it is first and foremost a pharmacy to pick up your meds. The staff is friendly and the service is great. It is always clean. Anyone wanting a fast and easier way to get their meds should look to on line delivery like Chewy for Humans! Our Walgreens is great! read more

It appears Walgreens is back to their old bait and switch so that everybody pays a lot more for their products. They were caught years ago putting In accurate pricing on the shelves so people paid more at the register. Their new trick is if you go online and look at pricing it's completely different in the store and they don't tell you anything about it. We just paid more than double the price they showed on the Internet. They explain it that the only way you can get the price on the Internet as if you order it on the Internet for pick up or delivery through their app. The store manager offered to take it back and let me purchase it on the Internet and get the price but when I told her I had already opened a package she withdrew the offer. They seem to have a standard response to blame a new change in pricing with corporate but that's truly not what's going on. I'm old and forgetful and remembered that this happened to me once before probably six months ago but I caught it while I was still in the store. Very disappointing. I just checked the pricing from their major competitor and you get the correct price without the games. read more

When you step into this Walgreens it wasn't much different then one in Chicago, but the staff here was super nice and Wildwood has made me a fan because I met nothing but friendly people! This Walgreens has a great staff! read more

This rating is for the pharmacy drive through. Every time I come it's at least a 15-20 minute wait in the drive through line. Going in to get the prescription is no better. read more

The Pharmacy hours are ridiculous. Opens at 10am on Sunday, unable to get medications at a reasonable time.

the service in this drive thru is terrible. i get a phone call saying my meds are ready i try to pick them up and they cant find my order.
