So, not sure if this location has a lot of retail theft or what. 2. Inside the lights just feel very dark. When trying to pick out makeup shades, that is just not very helpful. 3. Lack of help on sales floor to locate items. 4. Cashiers are quick, but need to remind them when you want to redeem points. If you know what you are searching for, and can make it an in and out trip, this location is fine. If you require some assistance, I recommend a different Ulta location.

At some point, it feels like they became too comfortable doing what they want while still charging customers premium prices.
