When I tell you that I have been to spas, and med spas all over the world (Europe, Asia, Africa) and United States, and spas in your favorite five star hotels...and when I tell you that everyone who knows me knows that I am beyond super picky, and rarely ever impressed... Wait! Let me back up. I was on Yelp the other day searching for places that offered the Oxygeneo facial...This place was the only one that came up...The review I read was bad, the poster was complaining about her card being overcharged, (come to find out that it was only by $5 whole dollars! I thought it was hundreds of dollars the way she was carrying on SMH)...but somewhere in that review she said that she was very pleased with the actual service she received...Once I saw that part, I decided that I was gonna go ahead and book it- because again, I didn't see anyone else offering it and I want to see if it was really better than the Hydra facial (Spoiler alert: It is!) I researched this treatment before I set out to make my appointment, so I was expecting it to be upwards of $300, and was ready to pay that...New Year, new me, who dis?! Skin bout to be on fleek! Lol I was super geeked when I found out that they were running a special for January and the treatment would only be $99!!! Seriously, stop reading this post and go book an appointment right now!! Sometimes when you get a discounted anything the (discounted) value seems to be equally reflected in whatever you got... When I tell you that I was completely blown away by the whole experience from start to finish, this IS the best facial I've ever gotten. This is the best spa experience I've ever had. The session was so good and thorough. It was not rushed at all, and I believe every single inch of my face was tended to today! The therapist had such a soft touch massaging my décolleté and hands! I could literally feel STRESS leaving my body. It was rising out of me, going straight toward the ceiling in the room. She absolutely has healing hands.The facial/session was so good I promise you I could barely lift myself up to get off the bed once it was over... But this is the most important piece of this post: I had my session with Monika...So make sure and double check that when you go in that you book it with her. This review is way too long, but I feel it's warranted. I'm very critical and discriminating when it comes to doing anything and especially spending money-I never consider the cost if I believe something to be WORTH it...this was worth every penny, and definitely more. Monika's gonna be gone for the next 4 weeks, and the $99 special is over on the 31st... I guess I got lucky 2x...but I made sure to get on the books for when she comes back. I'm gonna try the 3 series fractional lasers, so will come back to update this review. In conclusion, you can't pay for a first hand account, word of mouth review like this. I wish I knew SEO so I could send traffic to this place! I wish I was an influencer so that I could let all my millions of instagram followers know about this place. I'm shook!!! If you stayed with me this long, finally, a call to action: If you are looking for a place to get some treatments done I can not recommend this place enough. I have been to some of the best (top rated) med spas that Chicago has to offer...NONE of them compare to the level of customer service and experience as a whole that I received here. I don't know if today was a one off, or if this is how it always is at this med spa, but don't take my word for it, go see for yourself!

I have been going to Bozena six times per year since I was 10 (I am now almost 25). Bozena has HANDS DOWN the best pedicure of any place I have ever been to. Mind you, I have spent up to $100 at other places (Bozena only charges $52 for a pedicure) and have not received the same quality - this includes the Kohler Water Spa about a mile away. They have one of the cleanests facilities of any spa I have been to, which is very important to me because I am a type one diabetic and must be super extra careful with my feet. I have also had several issues with ingrown toe nails (just something I was born with). In addition, I have to wear heels for work which has messed with my toe nails also. Bozena is the only place I trust the ladies to not mess up my nails even further and my feet usually feel A LOT better after I leave. They also do go waxes and manicures! If you are getting a pedicure or manicure, ask for Ella. She does the BEST job. Kasia is also wonderful with nails. If you are getting a wax, ask for Sandy. All of the nail technicians and estheticians are professional and friendly. If I could give Bozena an extra star I would!

I initially went in for a treatment on 3/17/26 and received 58 units which I THOUGHT WAS BOTOX. IT WAS NOT!Il They injected Jeuveau which I DID NOT PURCHASE!! I returned 2 weeks later as it did not take affect as my usual treatment of BOTOX does. The esthetician said I needed 11 more units and proceeded with the injections ONCE AGAIN WITH Jeuveau NOT BOTOX!! After waiting 2 more weeks as I was told to do, I called and was told to make another appointment as it still was NOT working. This time they booked me with another esthetician. I met with the new esthetician and was told I needed more and at that time was notified that they were not injecting me with BOTOX which is what I PURCHASED!!!! Now after going back 3 times and using all 100 units that I paid $800 for all I received was an argument!! The front desk girl would not even listen to the fact that I paid for something I didn't receive!!!! They were NOT going to honor what I originally paid for which was BOTOX!! BEWARE OUT THERE!! This place is not where you want to have services done in my opinion when there is so many other competitors out there. My discussion with the front desk girl was that I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR and all I got was an argument!!! Had they injected BOTOX the first time, I would not have had to go back 3 times and use all 100 units which by the way were really only 31 units of BOTOX!! NOT A FAIR BUSINESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!! Especially with all the competition out there. I don't think anyone has $800 to spend on a product they DID NOT PURCHASE!! This is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!! I believe it's a matter of business integrity, and ethics to provide a customer with a product that they PAID FOR! This DID NOT happen!! I will NEVER go there again!!
