Although I am open to having minor cosmetic procedures, I came specifically for Botox for my jaws since my grinding and clenching has been an issue that I have suffered from yet overlooked for my entire life. Dr Cheungs office is comfortable, feminine and modern. Dr Cheung was very welcoming to me and although I only met her briefly a few weeks earlier, I felt like we had known each other for years. I had some apprehension about the procedure and she was very accommodating and comforting. Turns out it really was virtually painless! While in her office she addressed some of my other concerns and even brought up something that I hadn't noticed but nevertheless was very important so I ll need to follow up with at my GP. While that wasn't information that I wanted to hear, it goes to show that she cares about the overall well being of her patients. She wasn't friendly or interested in helping, and there was no effort to offer an alternative or explain why it would take so long. I ended up going to a nearby dollar store instead, where they inflated all 16 balloons in about 10 minutes with no issues. The difference in customer service was night and day. I was looking forward to shopping at PopShelf, but after this experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
