Do NOT accept partial orders or refills from this Walgreens. I received 23 pills of a 405 pill order. The person I picked the 23 up from said I would be notified when the remaining portion was available. Later, the staff told me once I accepted the 23 pills the order was filled and there was nothing they could do. Insurance won't cover the refill because, in theory, I still have an 80 day supply. I had to talk with the pharmacist to get the prescription even partially corrected. The pharmacist is telling me my insurance will only cover 30 days. I've had the same insurance for 12 years and I've been on this medication for 43 years. What a mess! read more

My doctor advised me to avoid getting my prescriptions at Walgreens and now I know why. Absolutely horrible service. My doctor sent 90 day refills requests but Walgreens only filled for 30 days and blamed it on my insurance. I called my insurance and they said I've been getting 90 day refills for over 10 years on these same prescriptions and nothing has changed. Walgreens still wouldn't fill for 90 days so I asked for the cash price for Atorvastatin and they. quoted me over $300. Just across the street King Soopers filled my 90 day prescription the same day under insurance without any issues. Out of curiosity I asked them what the cash price would be without insurance and they told me it was $32...make sure you do your homework and avoid Walgreens. read more

Made appts. for Covid-19 on their website. Apparently they ran out of the vaccine before we arrived but didn't bother to notify us; their excuse when we showed up was that "the website is out of date." Re-booked appointment on the website. Called three times to confirm with the pharmacist that the vaccine would actually be available, unable to reach someone who could provide that information. Not impressed. read more

Staff was rude and even before the girl charged me I gave her my insurance card and never ran it. Won't be going back.

I stood in line for 45 minutes with a dozen other people today. There was no attempt by staff to call for backup assistance, despite the request, for 30 of those 45 minutes. When I got to the counter, the pharmacy technician couldn't find my prescription. I stood there for another 10 minutes, holding up the entire line, as the tech looked and looked. I would've left, but it was my blood sugar medication needles and I absolutely needed them for my daily injections. Finally, the pharmacist decided to refill the prescription instead, so I got to wait for that too. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

Had a prescription called into the pharmacy on 11/13 went to pick it up 11/18. Waited in the ridiculous drive up line for at least 25 min only to be told they hadn't filled it. Then told I would have to wait another 20-30 min! They had 5 days to fill it so frustrating. read more

It's a typical chain drug store. Nothing more nothing less. Edit: I've now been here a few times. And yes their process and products mirror every other Walgreen's I've been in. However, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. So I'm bumping up to 4 stars. read more

Incredibly frustrating pharmacy. The flat out refuse to answer the phone. I've been on hold countless times for the better part of an hour before giving up. The automated refill always kicks you to being required to speak to an employee and then an employee never comes. I'm currently in that position and have been on hold for 45 minutes, then hung up on, called back and now on hold again for another 35 minutes and counting. It's ridiculous. The pharmacy also consistently LOSES prescriptions. No joke. I've gone to pick up prescriptions many times and they simply can't find the prescriptions which then results in employees tearing apart the pharmacy trying to find it. I've never had them actually find the missing script either. They then tell you they must refill it again and that you'll have to wait another 20-30 minutes or come back another day for it. The line in the pharmacy is endless too and the employees make zero attempt to move things along, get back up, etc. Absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. I'm a Windsor resident, but am seriously considering moving my prescriptions to FoCo and driving 30 minutes to get them instead of dealing with this pharmacy. read more

Good place to get in and out of quick. The prices are high, especially considering Safeway and king soopers are close by, but if you are looking to save time, this can be a good choice. read more

I went to pick up a prescription at the Walgreens Pharmacy. The lady I encountered said the prescription was not there. I said it should be there are gave the ordering doctor. Another employee came to help her out and low and behold they DID have the prescription. The lady asked if I could come back in 45 minutes to pick up. I arrived 55 minutes later and it was not ready. The lady said it wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. She wanted me to want behind three vehicle even though I was obviously having a difficult time breathing due to asthma. I left and went to the emergency room for a breathing treatment as the Windsor Walgreens pharmacy is INCOMPETENT!!!!!@!@! read more
