When I came at Noon, I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I finally got up to the register, the tech told me my order was not ready (even though they said it would be). I came back again 3 hours later and once again there were about 6 people in line, several cars in the drive-thru, and only one tech ringing people up. Since I didn't have a half hour to wait for their inefficiency and lack of staffing, I had to leave without my prescription again. Absolutely ridiculous. Then I called them to cancel my order, and I was on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up. I'm going to start going to Meijer instead. Every time I go to a Walgreens pharmacy there's a long line and not enough staff to cover the pharmacy. I also have a recommendation - they should have an app by location with an approximate wait time for the lines at the pharmacy. Or an app that shows the store video camera at the pharmacy so you can see how crowded it is and how many people are in line.

Who ever is in charge there needs to have that lady retrained on customer service. Needless to say, with a CVS a few blocks away, I know where my prescription will be going from now on.

It was 12:40. I went to pick up pictures; gave Stephanie my name and she said she couldn't find them; passive aggressively asking what exactly I ordered to which I said that I had ordered a couple 5x7s. I told her I had the order number if she couldn't find them. Annoyed, she told me she would have to log in and look.... Mind you, no other customers were in line; so the burden of looking for the order.... Really not that horrible of me. She ignorantly called to Alvin to come help me so she could let the Guarda guy in. Alvin came, and was sort of confused as her communication wasn't very clear or nice. Alvin found the order... under the name I gave her, with no problem. He was very nice, and didn't really let Stephanie's mood bother him. During this time, two other customers got into the lines at the front and he still exhibited respect and patience despite customers waiting. Stephanie, your customer service sucks. That is not what is happening that is not acceptable. No one should have to wait 2+ weeks to receive medication. If there was an issue with the manufacturers distribution, some form of communication should've been relate to the patient or you all should've been working with. Your local network of stores to obtain the additional quantities needed to fill these orders. Especially for a restrictive drug. To be so disregarding of the patient's need for their medication and the length of time waiting for medication is just disgusting. Instead of giving her 90 pills for 30 days (@3/day), they gave her 30 pills total believing it to be 1/day. I have to think there are instructions clearly printed on the label--because y'know, MEDICINE--so someone working here wasn't paying attention. After bouncing back and forth with phonecalls, one woman eventually apologized for the oversight of a coworker and vowed to fix it, which they did. Over the last few months my wife's made some friends over in pharmacy pickup, and they've been kind to her and helpful for the most part (excluding the one lady who bungled the 'scrip). I, on the other hand, am given a chilly reception any time I walk in. The associates at checkout barely engage in eye contact or return pleasant small talk, hardly ever doling out a 'thanks' or 'have a nice day'. On the last trip, the guy bagged my snacks and rang me up without saying a word. I might as well be a leper. * TL;DR * Pickup ya meds, grab a snack, and bounce. There's not much else here worth lingering for. It's a shame this Walgreens doesn't have a liquor aisle (wah wah), since a wall fridge with cold beer would've definitely bumped them up a star, at least.
