Staff just do not seem to care and each time you are in it's like you are there for the first time. Instead of providing customers with thoughtful service, it's more like "we don't usually do that" etc. Have to remind them that my Dr. renews all prescriptions by fax each renewal. Why not make note of that and add it to the auto renewal procedure..... oh I'm sorry "we don't usually do that!!". Don't worry I will not be back.
