Her first at this office was her four year old well child exam and we were a little nervous knowing she'd need to receive vaccines at this visit and didn't want her first experience here to be a bad/painful one. However, we had nothing to worry about because Suzanne is literally the greatest nurse to exist. While our daughter's entire exam went well Suzanne truly won the award. I believe her ability to administer injections is unmatched. Her and the other nurse (phlebotomist, I think) working with her were so quick and did such a good job being distracting that our daughter didn't even have time to register that there was any pain at all. I never thought I'd see the day that we'd go to an appointment requiring shots and not leave the office in tears but trust me when I say it is possible! Everyone we encountered in the appointment was friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend this office. Thank you, Suzanne, for being so incredible!

He answers all questions and if he doesn't know, he will find out for you. That's what happened in my case. One important question to me and he went and found out the answer for me. His bedside manor was so great. You don't feel stupid asking ANY question. I have to go and get my stitches out and don't feel nervous. I'm sure he will do a great job. The stay at Concord Hospital and the staff on the 6th floor surgery wing was also 5 star. If your Doc tells you you have a positive biopsy, this is an excellent choice.

I expressed my nervousness and apprehension, and we forged forward. This provider spent the next hour and a half telling me about her son and her boyfriend and the troubles in her life while I was on her treatment table, obliged to listen to her while having this treatment. I was uncomfortable in many ways. While the treatment, (in another situation--perhaps where the provider is focused on the patient and the treatment) had good results, I would NEVER recommend this for a first-timer, or anyone, for that matter....Travel to find a better experience!!!!

She takes her time, explains everything that she is doing and why she is doing it. This can be said for the entire staff as well. They really make sure that you are comfortable. I cried at my first visit due to nerves and had a sensitivity to the anesthetic on my last visit, each time I was taken care of emotionally and physically by the staff. My Mom is so happy, saying every-time the staff enter her room it's with a smile and "how are you?" She needed the sticky socks, a towel and some ice and each time I requested an item, it took less than 5 minutes to get it. There will always be some bad reviews with every business. That's part of business. But this is our experience, and we cannot say enough about every aspect. Just remembered a shocking moment...she threw something in her trash and it made a somewhat loud clang. Someone came right in Making sure she was ok You just don't get that attention everywhere.
