Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked for a few Day Lillie's be transplanted back into the area. They installed a new drip system with an extension for me to plant my small veggie garden. When the rep from Antonucci Lawn and Garden showed up, he asked, "what do you like to do in your backyard?" and then he was quiet and let me talk. After an hour of conversation, I knew this was the right company for the job. The company provides all the necessary drawings, samples, and information my HOA needed to approve the project. Once it got started, the workers were polite, focused, and hard working. I was impressed with the level of detail they took in making sure the ground was well compacted for the pavers they were installing and used a laser level to ensure the entire patio was laid correctly. When it came to installing plants, rock, and drip irrigation, again, they showed their experience. They helped choose appropriate plants that do well in the climate and that helped achieve the look I wanted. At the last minute, I asked to add an additional element to the plan. The Project Manager figured out a way to include it without adding any additional cost! A year later, some of the plants didn't survive the hard winter. Antonucci showed up the day after I called and replaced each one with a similar plant at no charge! Very impressive and great customer service. I am so pleased with the job Antonucci Lawn and Garden did. The compliments I have received on the design and work are endless. I understand there is a shortage of workers and I have to say Luis, the superintendent on our job did everything in his power to move our project along once it got started. Luis is friendly and easy to work with but the stars of our show were Juan(Mr. Jackhammer), Miguel(Foreman) and Joel(labor). It took 1-1/2 days to break out our old concrete patio and Juan did a terrific job. We were temporarily halted by snow for a couple of days but Miguel and Joel came back on the weekend to finish. The results are remarkable. We can't believe the difference in our backyard after putting pavers in. Thank you Premium Lawn & Landscapes for giving us a Perfect Paver Patio that we can be proud of.
