When I suggested that he was trying to treat me like an ignorant female who knows nothing about cars, I pushed a trigger button. When he told me the tires were an 1/8 of an inch better than the wear line, I could not help but laugh at him (that made him angry too). He walked out saying "I'm done here." What a childish display of unprofessionalism. The salesman, Hector, had to apologize to us for Mr. Kline's behavior. Look, it's not my problem that you bought a car you paid too much for. Find your next car somewhere else, unless you want to be stuck with a car loan on a car that doesn't work. These guys will not help you, or honor the warranty they sold you. Go somewhere else!!!
