Breakfast: huge breakfast burritos that can be easily split. I've also had their sausage egg breakfast sandwich. I think they are pricey but it's always good & can't beat the location across the lake. Dinner & beer garden #nuffsaid ... Seriously same as breakfast, healthy portions & $$. The 3 teenage boys 13, 14 & 15 played miniature golf...$3 for 9 holes, $5 for 18. Challenging but they had a blast!

We all had such a hard time getting in touch with Linda to provide her with all the credit card numbers for my entire group. It had taken each person at least 2-3 calls before securing a room. I encountered several issues with our reservations. Linda had somehow overbooked the B&B and we had to get an additional cabin for one of our couples. She contacted me at a later date and said she may have to cancel my couple in the cabin because she didn't leave an empty room for herself. Luckily she worked out a place to stay and kept my couple scheduled for the cabin. She contacted me a couple weeks prior to our scheduled trip and said that she was cancelling our entire groups reservations for what I felt was an unjustified reason. I found out that she neglected to call all the other couples to let them know that she had cancelled the trip, which left me to tell them. In my opinion, Linda is unorganized with her booking process and left us to find a new destination for our Birthday trip on such short notice. Sad to say, but in a years time, her booking process and attitude has taken a severe turn for the worse.

As a Type A over-planner, I was determined not to let that happen. But the moment we arrived at Twenty Mile House, I realized I didn't have to be the control freak I usually am. The TMH team handled every detail with such calm professionalism that I was able to relax and truly enjoy the experience. From the very beginning, we were impressed. Our virtual tour with Rachel made us fall in love with the venue; Kevin and Karen worked with us to make our budget work, Joe gave us a wonderful tour when we returned after booking; and Ashleigh patiently answered all of my questions--no matter how late I sent them. The venue itself feels like something out of a storybook. Every one of our guests raved about the beautiful setting, the accommodations, the incredible staff, the ceremony site, and even the fact that there wasn't a restrictive noise ordinance. Everything exceeded our expectations. Not a day has gone by since our wedding that I haven't said, "I wish I could do it all over again." Choosing Twenty Mile House was one of the best decisions we made, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
