Justin looked at the issue, offered several quick fixes and made some suggestions we can do without needing expensive repairs. To be sure, when I do need any plumbing help in the future (because with a house it's always "when" not "if") you can bet Steady Flow will be my first - and probably only - call. Just as a side note - I had two other plumbers come out to review the same issue. One said it would cost $1000K+ to fix, the other recommended replacing our 6 year old water heater (which is working fine btw). Many small plumbing companies are being bought up by private equity firms, which push expensive and unnecessary repairs or products to pad their bottom line. Steady Flow is a company that is still on the side of their customers!

To my relief, she quickly looked up our as-builts and got us scheduled for the very next day. The following afternoon, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Randy came out to see us, right on time. I can't say enough about how much of a breath of fresh air Randy was! He was extremely polite, beyond cordial, gracious, helpful, and friendly. He took the time to carefully explain everything to us and patiently answered all our questions. He even helped us find an elusive septic cover that we weren't able to locate. He gave us great advice about how we could protect our system to avoid any possible future issues and problems. It was very obvious that Randy was a family man with excellent work ethics, and who took great pride in his work. Randy pumped out our system, including a section that the previous "other" company hadn't bother to pump out. If I had one word to describe Randy, it woud be "AWESOME"! I contacted them through their website and they called/texted me within 20minutes to better understand what we needed and to find a time to schedule. They were able to get a technician out to us within an hour! This is a family owned business, which comes with really great service, genuinely good people who do great work, and at a fair cost. Once there, the technician gave us a few points on the system, how to property secure all the lids, and confirmed the system was in really good shape. From there, they did a full pump and were out of there within 40 minutes. Harpreet made this whole process uncommonly easy. We will be using Diamond Septic moving forward.
