I contacted AAA after receiving an estimate from another company for almost 7k. AAA arrived and did some trouble shooting and was able to fix the issue for less than 2k. AAA was very responsive to my calls and got back to me within a short period of time. The technician tried to tell me that my septic tank was only the pump, and that they'd have to come back with camera equipment, trace the line, then dig up the tank with with machinery. I told him I couldn't afford that. He kept telling me the same thing, over and over, like that would convince me to do the extra job for a lot more money. He told me he would try to look up the plans for my septic when he got back to the office and that I would get a call the next day at about 10:45am. Never got a call so I called at 3:11pm. I clearly got a call center in India and the woman was very rude and abrupt with me. I told her I was done with her and hung up. read more

We had an issue with our septic and pump tanks, they were both overflowing, our alarm went out and we didn't know it. Jazz and his team were very responsive and came out to replace the pump in our pump tank installed a new septic alarm and the main line from our house. They were very responsive and timely, I wasn't home when his crew came to do the work but Jazz took the time to come out that night after we got home from work to show us pictures of what they did and explained everything in great detail. Better than the local pumper "Neighbors" service who last pumped the tank and did not even clean the filter. AAA came 4 hours late so my day was shot. The 2 men worked hard and fast trying to be thorough. However, I know they need to use a "muck rake" (they did not have one)to break up the sludge at the bottom of the tank and thoroughly pump it instead of using just hose spray pressure. One of them even told me that I needed higher water pressure so that they can do a better job. Overall they were nice men who worked hard. I just would like to see a complete pumping job that breaks up the sludge on the bottom with either an attachment to the vacuum hose or a separate muck rake. (sludge rake, see photo) read more

We needed a last minute septic system inspection for a home sale due to confusion with what we have and it is required to move forward with closing which is on Sept 13 and I was looking on YELP Friday Sept 9 @ 5pm worried that we may delay closing and most were closed already and one gave me a quote for $600-$700 more than he quoted me and wont be able to until Monday. Told at 8am by Jazz at AAA that someone would be coming - emergency- to fix my sump pump. They said they'd be here at 4:00pm. I left several messages at 5pm-- repeating my cell number. At 5:30 Jazz contacted me and said "mark my word" I'll be there by 7:30pm. At 9:50pm-- I call to cancel services. Jazz said he had contacted me to say he was on his way-- giving me some random number 206-###-####. which was not my number & accused me of sending a text saying I did not need him to come. Wrong!! Wasn't me!! Waited all day without any help coming. Luckily I'm on the books for another company to come later tomorrow. Hope my basement doesn't flood in the meantime. read more

The gentleman who came to pump my septic tank was very kind and hard-working, but the owner Jazz who was supposed to come to look and see if my issue was bigger, scheduled and no showed multiple times. He also wasn't very responsive in his text. I ended up just telling them (female rep) not to come anymore because they don't value their customers time and the owner is not a man of his word. The other day, all 3 of my toilets, tubs, showers and sinks where all backing up, water everywhere, what a mess! I just had my tank clean out 8 months ago. What the hell is going on here I thought?. So here I was looking for another septic companies. I ran across AAA Septic and plumbing and gave them a call and so happy that I did! They came when I ask them to come, they where on time. As a matter of fact, one of the workers show up 1/2 early to let me know the septic tank driver is on his way. Now that is what I call a courtesy callWhen they got here and me telling them what was going on, they knew exactly what was wrong! What happened was, all those other companies I was using, was not cleaning the (filter) this is what cause everything to backup! When the worker pulled out that big long (filter) it was so clogged up, it was disgustingThey told me this need to be done every 6 months and this is something we can do yourselves. We thought we had a clog in our drain after having a big back up of water come out our downstairs toilet and tub. Thought it was fixed after having it snaked, only to have it happen again 4 days later. After some digging we realized the main pipe going out from our house to the septic tank was completely broken and crushed. I called many other septic companies and none of them serviced our area or didn't work on Saturdays. When I called Jazz he was not only the friendliest and most helpful, but also willing to fit us in on a Saturday that was already booked solid for him.
