Reasonably priced, responsive. Leave the job site clean. Keith, Bob are very responsive.

Immediate response. Scheduling was super easy. I could tell Scott knew his stuff. I had worked with…read morea previously company for years but got sick of their flakiness and unprofessionalism. Wish I would of switched sooner. Highly recommend!

Now your claiming that I declined microbial testing! WOW! Keep talking, you're digging yourself…read moredeeper and deeper. Remember in your earlier response where that you didn't know of any microbial infestations in this area despite it being all over the internet when you do a Google search, and despite the fact that you and I have lengthy email chains where you acknowledged that microbial growth was the issue. Now you're saying that I declined testing? You do know that you are going to have to answer to all these contradictions in Discovery. You lied to your insurance company so they didn't have to pay me for the damage you caused. What's the point? It's not out of your pocket. Why are you lying to protect the insurance company? I'm sure somewhere in your insurance agreement it states that if you purposely lie to the insurance company and they are forced to pay out sums of money as a result of your lies, that you are financially liable to that institution. The adjuster told me that you were not "exonerated of all liabity" as you are trying to get everyone to believe, the fact is they simply couldn't pay me because you claimed that you were only there to fix a leak, and that the new leak wasn't where you were working. This was an outright lie with the intent to try and keep your insurance from paying a claim. Why didn't you tell them the truth? That you were hired as a professional to certify the fire systems under the direction of the Fire Marshal? How can you certify a system that been compromised by microbes. Why is the truth so hard with you Scott? I'm going to force you to take responsibility for your negligence. How much damage you suffer along the way is up to you. The adjuster said there would have to be more Discovery before they could pay on the claim, and recommended that I sue you. Next step is to file with the ROC, as my lawyer has recommended. Once that Discovery is completed then I will file the lawsuit. I have 3 years to do so.
