I called them on monday morning. A technician was out within the half hour. Determined it is the water flow switch, which needs replacement. Said he notified his company and would reach out to our Management Company, MDL Group. So I let them know to expect to get a proposal. The Proposal was signed. Was waiting to hear back for Scheduling. I didn't hear anything. So I called someone, this morning, to get it done ASAP. Because, guess what, the fire alarm went off last night, again, 8 pm, when noone was there. But our hangar neighbors were there, and informed me. It is very loud. I spoke to Everon, explained the situation and placed it on a 24 test mode. Yes, the technician got here at the time scheduled today. And I am so glad he is here doing the Repair. I'm home waited, waited, but No one showed up, no communication for any updates, we had to keep calling them over and over. Then they told us that they stuck at another job, if they come over after 3pm this afternoon, it will be an overtime charge $240/hr. That's so UNFAIR that they want their customer to pay for their delaying. (You don't show up on time, no communication and want to charge me overtime fee for your mistake.) NO WONDER their reviews are so BAD. DON'T use this company, period.

Upon arrival and prior to entering my residence, the technician, "Manuel" immediately informed me he could not resolve my problem (prior to looking at my residential fire suppression system). After speaking with the technician's supervisor, "Jose" On Guard Fire Protection services refused any attempt to inspect/fix my residential system and would still charge me a$215.00 service fee. "Manuel" admitted he and "Jose" had been aware they were not going to do any work on my fire suppression system prior to arriving at my residence. My recommendation is any potential On Guard Residential Fire Protection Service customer strongly consider utilizing another company due to an apparent integrity concern with this company.

Normally I wouldn't spend a dime on things like this but because I am becoming a foster/adoptive parent I am required to have a 5lb ABC fire extinguisher. I called this company, Penny I think was very polite she advised that she can come to my home and do it for $25.00. I told her that I need it done now and if I could go to her, she said sure she gave me directions and what not. Upon arrival I was greeted by Doug and the wife, I began to explain my ignorance on the matter they laughed as did I, Doug says, "just charge her $20.00."
