I'm going to making two different reviews. One is about Greg "the service manager" And the second…read morewill be about the owner Robert (Bob). They did an install on a condenser and gas furnace for my godmothers home about a week or so ago and that unit came out pretty decent outside of a kink in the high side line and some wires that were never run thru a conduit out at the furnace (wires over time rubbing on metal will eventually cause an arc) But the issue is with the unit they had no business messing with which is located very closely to the one they installed (I have pictures of how close they are) The unit that services upstairs started to leak out refrigerant after they came and installed the unit for downstairs, so I called and asked if it's possible that one of their guys accidentally bumped into the unit or even moved the unit just a little to make room for them to work on the install that day.... All I got back was attitude and pure lack of knowledge from Greg, he claims he pulled a permit to install the condenser (news to me) And also had the city inspector from Henderson came out (my god mother lives in Clark county) to inspect everything and it "passed" so when I asked for the inspectors name of course the response I got was "why would I give that information to another A/C company" I've been in this field for 10 years and I know what he's saying is a load of crap. They refused to come out and fix the leak they caused so I ended up doing it myself, My god mother needs a sleep machine hooked up every night and needs to be able to sleep in her own bed, they waited 4 days to come out and "look" at the leak in question but wanted to charge a service fee for coming out when they are the ones who caused it. I have him on video telling me "I'm just a maintenance tech for apartments" so they literally looked me up on the internet to see who they were dealing with lmao if that's not them trying to intimidate someone then idk what is, but don't worry Greg it didn't work and I saw you were all bark and no bite in person haha. When asked to have an invoice of all work that's has been done his response was "good luck with that" have that on video as well. Sorry I know this is a very long review but please do me a favor stay away from this company Greg "the service manager" is nothing but a glorified paper pusher with no real experience or knowledge of the trade makes us all look terrible. And Bob "the owner" allows him to do this and is also the exact same way.... See you in court fellas
