Something to keep in mind- the terrain is challenging for stilettos, old people, and toddlers. You should expect this when you see it's a barn venue, but some wedding barns have redone flooring. There is old plank flooring, gravel, and lots of steps and ramps to multiple levels.

You can see the Shawnee National Forest to the south and across to Indiana to the East. The barn is a restored 1800's barn which has been converted to a wedding and event venue. The house is a gorgeous Victorian-style home which oozes with charm with its stained glass windows, porches and columns. Pam is such a gracious hostess and an amazing cook, if you choose to have her cater your event. You won't want to stop eating!! The venue offers special events like Christmas Barn Market, Sunday dinners, a Groundhog Day party and is planning a St. Patrick's Day meal. They had already decorated for Christmas so the rooms and sitting rooms were beautifully decorated! We truly fell in love with it. They were so accommodating to us and they served us a delicious breakfast and let us take it to the bride in the room. We also took some truly beautiful pictures in their front parlor. Everything worked perfect perfectly plenty of hot water and the beds are comfortable. We even went out with Carey and Melinda to a local cigar bar and then a restaurant. One of the best places that my wife and I have stayed in a long time. I really can't explain the architecture of the place and just how great it looks! We will definitely be back.
