Although the food was very tasty, just not much of it. This Denny's does not come close to the Denny's in the US. We probably will not go back.

VEGETARIAN THALI comes with your choice of two daily vegetarian curry features, basmati rice, naan, daal & raita dressing....$18. For the vegetarian thali, we ordered the Romano bean, and our second choice was the red pepper zucchini. MEAT THALI comes with one meat curry feature, and your choice of daily vegetarian curry, basmati rice, naan, daal & raita dressing..... $19. We ordered one meat curry, Keema bhaji, and one vegetarian one, mushroom red pepper paneer. The African-style Daal was the most adventurous to our taste palates as it was extremely flavourful with fragrant aromatic spices. The vegetable curries were more subtle tasting and light. Seems that they had forgotten my order.. or someone else's and didn't know who had what. A friend ordered a chicken fajita and the sizzling chicken plate was burnt. The individual told the waitress that it was burnt, but she proceeded to put it on the table and left us. Cobb salad is a large portion and looked really good. Mediterranean salad was half the size. Bills were messed up as well at the end. Specials weren't given. Soup sizes were small. Antijitos were not available in the evening because they sold out of it in the afternoon... (aren't they just tortillas and cream cheese?... weird.) The food was subpar. the service sucked. It was cheap though so if you're looking for cheap eats, great! The burger was okay, but the patties were highly salty. It was a large burger. Towards the end, I left the bun and ate everything else. The fries were not yummy. The gravy came late. I had to remind my server that I had ordered it. The gravy was also salty. The staff there are nice. I had a good conversation about Markham. if I am ever back here, I will try other items on the menu. I am hoping that the sodium count is reduced.
