We were up in Brantford for the weekend and on our way back to the hotel, we just wanted a quick bite for lunch. We stopped here and so glad we did. You can customize your entire order here which is great. Think Chipotle for burgers. They make your burger and then you can add whatever toppings and sauces you'd like. So cool. It feels like how fast food places should be everywhere. I also got a milkshake since they had a deal for summer cold drinks and it was so good! The restaurant itself was super clean and organized. We took the food to go but we came back and ate here another time and had a great time. I am gonna have to start a petition to bring Harvey's to America. We will make this a stop on our tour of Brantford every time for sure.

I did some searching and found Harvey's nearby! We stopped in and ordered a cheap burger (some promotion they had going on) and a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I went to the restroom after ordering but when I came out, my boyfriend told me I had to pick my toppings for my sandwich. What?! So it's like a fast food restaurant but you can customize your food, which is fun. I was able to add lettuce, tomato, and hot peppers to my sandwich along with some mayo. The fries were hot and fresh and the sandwich was crispy! The burger was a little weird - it tasted like a Morningstar veggie burger. Not bad, just a little strange. The people working at Harvey's were super friendly. I was glad we got to try this place and would stop at a Harvey's again next time I'm driving through Canada!

They said that you could come and pick it up or call head office for credit but that this would be more complicated. It seems every time we have opted for delivery that something went wrong. We won't be doing this again.

But they were full of flavor and weren't dried out like some other burger places. But this time, I was blown away by the service at this location. We went in, ordered and within a minute of ordering, I already had my food and milkshake in hand. That is incredible! There are times at other places, where I have sit in the drive thru for 10-20 minutes before getting an order. The shake was delicious, the fries were salty and flavorful, and the burger was great. The whole restaurant was clean, and the service was amazing. A true 5-star experience which is hard to do with a bigger chain.
