My last experience has caused me to use another shop from here out. I knew my brakes had a problem and also my tranny was leaking. I also wanted my tires rotated as they offer that free every 5k if purchased from them. It took three days for them to even look at the car and said the brakes are fine and they don't work on trannys. So I took my car to another local shop a couple month later and they said the back brakes are shot as well as the rotors. And the tranny bolts were loose. I can now feel the difference in my brakes and my tranny doesn't leak anymore. They did take a day or two to get my car in but they actually called me when they found the issues. Supreme NEVER calls me, ever. I have to call them daily for an update.

I had to wait about an hour for AAA to get there which I understood because Hurricane Michael was making his way up I-95. The mechanic didn't want get on the ground to get the spare, so he just put air in the tire. I asked where I could take my car to get the tire checked and he really couldn't help me. So we are out the service cost twice because James will not partially refund for his royal screw up, states we were supposed to bring the car back to him first for warranty work. If I had known it was he who screwed up so badly I may have brought it back but do I want him working on the car again?? NO RESOLUTION, nasty attitude and out the money for the same repair twice.
