The mosaic steak was a symphony of textures, temperatures, and flavors. Like nothing I've had. The curry gnocchi was the most pillowy pasta I've ever encountered. The one that almost made my mind collapse was the trout. I normally don't bother with trout as it's usually kinda lackluster. The trout Vanessa made for us at Mother's was hands down one of the best pieces of fish I've ever eaten... and I ate my way up the California coast for 30 years.
