I brought my daughter's car to your service center due to a rattling noise inside the vehicle. The car was kept for a week and a half, and I was charged $350 for what I was told was a repair that fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the very next day the same rattling noise was still present, indicating the problem had not been resolved. When I spoke with James, he initially stated he wanted to make the situation right. Based on that conversation, I brought the car back again today in good faith. At that point, I was told I would be charged again just to have the car inspected, because the shop claims the problem was fixed during the first visit. BEWARE of this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in February 2026 and was initially very excited about the purchase. However, I was extremely disappointed upon receiving the vehicle. It had noticeable swirl marks and scratches throughout the exterior. When my husband and I raised our concerns, the resolution offered was not sufficient to properly address the issue. Additionally, the level of customer service we received was poor and did not meet the standard I would expect from a Cadillac dealership. We made offer , gave explicit note of the deal and being outside the area and not able to immediately visit and test drive. If deal was agreed, we would make refundable deposit and show up within 24-48 hours to finalize. The next morning came the email. Of course the salesman immediately says "you need to visit for best price and see manager". No actually I don't, your failure to offer a quick retail sale means you don't value the client nor the process most want in 2024. What was initially an overall decent experience with Wallace Cadillac of Stuart has now turned sour. What could have been a somewhat solid deal has deteriorated into a 1-star mess. Searching high and low for a decent deal on a Cadillac XT-4, I found one online at Wallace, about an hour south of my home in Vero Beach. Dealing first with Kayla, then Charles in sales, to Nick in finance - the purchase package was competitive, and the salesman wasn't pushy. I told them I wanted the car straight up - no extras. Charles delivered a sales order with none of the fluff that is typical of a new vehicle purchase. Especially, for the inexperienced purchaser. Drove to the dealership on September 11th and advised that I had about 40 minutes to close the already credit approved deal through GM Financial. Having initially miscalculated travel time in picking up my kids from school, I was in a time crunch. Credit was already approved, and I cleared the fraud alert on file with the credit reporting agencies. All I had to do was sign and drive. 40 minutes became 50 minutes. 50 minutes became 60 minutes. Only after calling my kids school to advise that I would be late and thereafter advising Charles that I was "leaving in 5 minutes" if the deal was not completed immediately, was I brought into finance. Nick was polite and didn't push any already rejected products or warranties. It did take another 25 minutes, though, to complete the deal. Thereafter, Charles - the salesman - chased me down as I was exiting the parking lot to execute a final form completing the sale. Over the next month, I patiently awaited the welcome and payment instructions from GM Financial. As a purchaser who quickly establishes an online portal and automatic payments, I also quickly make the first payment to reduce overall interest. With that said, I never heard from GM Financial. No welcome - no request for payment. Two calls to GM Financial were for naught - I was not in their system, and neither was the Cadillac XT-4 loan. Several calls and voicemail messages to both Charles and Nick were ignored. One e-mail to Charles was responded to indicating that the finance package may have been held up due to the Columbus Day holiday. A full month following the vehicle purchase. Another call to GM Financial was made with no luck. 49 days after purchasing the Cadillac XT-4, I received a call from Nick in finance at Wallace Cadillac. He advised that the initial loan approval from GM Financial had expired and that the finance company would call to again validate identity due to the fraud alert on my credit report. The loan - although previously fully approved - was never submitted to GM Financial for funding. Following the call from Nick, I started to receive alerts from the credit reporting agencies of numerous credit inquiries. Credit report inquiries that were not authorized as I had previously been approved through GM Financial for a loan. It all started last week when I noticed a crack in my windshield. Knowing that this needed to be replaced and that it was covered by insurance I went to this dealer's site to make an appointment to have it taken care of. Specifically on this dealer's site when making the appointment there are drop down menus to select the necessary service. In these menus is the option to specifically select "Windshield Repair" Perfect! That's exactly what I need. I select it and make my appointment for a week out. In the meantime I've received 3 reminders about my appointment. Clearly they were aware I was coming and thanks to THEIR website menu they knew why I was coming. Fast forward to this morning where I drove all the way across town burning precious fuel and time for my appointment. I get there, the service guy David comes out and I inform him I'm there with an appointment to get a windshield. David replies with about the dumbest look on his face possible, "We don't do glass work here" Seriously Wallace? This garbage isn't funny. I go to work every day to pay for this shitbox Cadillac, I followed your process for making an appointment to have the shitbox fixed. This Dealership is driven by GREED! I put money down on a corvette over two years ago and was recently called and told that they are marking up the vehicle by $75,000...a jaw dropping 50%!!! They did this to a customer who had given them money over two years ago.. Wow! On a side note... I walked in to trade a 2017 Escalade for a new one and they told me that there was a $35,000 over MSRP markup! We also bought a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from them and they wanted $8k over MSRP. To add insult to injury they originally only offered us $11,000 for our trade in (2016 Ford Fusion with low miles) that had a retail of nearly $17,000. I am all for businesses to make money, but there is a point where GREED destroys a relationship and they did not have knock our heads off on every side of the deal. It seems the dealerships reputation has gone way down over the last few years, so check and sort the the RECENT REVIEWS. Wallace may have been in business for 65 years with many 3-4 star reviews, but do yourself a favor and look at the 1 and 2 star reviews to see the full picture of what I am talking about. I hope this company gets a nice dose of Karma because I would never buy another car from ANY of Wallace dealerships. I submitted official complaints to GM which won't matter, but people need to know. This is a shame for the good people who work there. Do yourself a favor and look at several other dealerships before you get taken advantage of like me and my family have been. As a longtime devotee to the Cadillac brand, it pains me to write this...but definitely want to give a heads up to fellow consumers out there, in hopes you can avoid having an experience similar to the one I recently had here. Earlier this fall, I noticed an oil leak and took my car to Wallace to have them lend their expertise. They ran a diagnostic and I was told that it'd cost about $2,200 to fix the leak. A breakdown of the cost of parts and labor was conspicuously absent from the written estimate. When I asked, the Service Dept told me the number of the part that was needed in the repair. But, again, no breakdown in regards to cost of parts versus labor. When I called a parts supply outlet on my own, I was told that the cost of the part was less than $150. This particular vehicle was initially sold by Cadillac back in 2015, had been maintained fully in accordance with the owner's manual, and was experiencing this oil leak issue very shortly after the warranty had expired. A short time later, my Cadillac stalled on the highway ('due to 'engine propulsion failure'), and I had it towed to Wallace for service. Because it was towed in after hours, I called and left a message with Wallace's answering service, so that the Service Dept would know why my car was there when they arrived in the morning. I asked them to run a diagnostic and get back to me. For some reason, it took almost a full week for a diagnostic to be performed on the car. The Service Dept determined that the issue was a 'system anomaly' and billed me $75 for the diagnostic. In the meantime, I called Cadillac CustomerCare, to ask for a goodwill discount on the relatively exorbitant cost of labor that I'd been quoted on the oil leak. The CustomerCare rep told me they'd review the issue, thanked me for my ongoing business, and assured me that Cadillac would cover the cost of the rental car I'd been using. That was very reassuring, at the time. When CustomerCare called me back a few days later, they offered a very nominal discount. I was told they could elevate the case and have CustomerCare mgmt review. I was told they'd contact me later that afternoon, or the following day. I thanked them and waited...several more days went by with no word from CustomerCare, despite my attempts to call and reach them. Wallace's Service Dept contacted me and asked if I'd heard anything. I told them I hadn't...as their customer, I was expecting to hear from them. Shortly thereafter, the Customer Experience Manager, Mike Rivera, called and left me a voicemail. No word on the car, the potential for a goodwill discount, etc...he was calling solely to say that they were in no way going to be covering the cost of the rental car. When I explained again that Cadillac had committed to covering the rental, he told me that I needed 'to go talk to Cadillac'. The Customer Experience Manager for Cadillac told a Cadillac customer to go talk to Cadillac. At that point, I realized that I miiiiight not want to trust the mixed messages I was getting from the various Cadillac representatives I'd been speaking to. I returned the rental car, at a total cost incurred of about $850, and went without a vehicle for several days while I repeatedly tried to contact CustomerCare. I reached out to Wallace Cadillac's Sales team, to inquire about the possibility of trading the vehicle in. They told me that I'd need to come in person to have the car appraised. I explained to them why that would be difficult, at the moment (my car was in their possession at the time). I gave them permission to appraise it without me being there, but never received an offer on the trade-in of my vehicle. I did, however, receive several end-of-month sales calls from the team there. Unable to continue living for weeks on end without reliable transportation, I picked up my vehicle and took it to another seller, who offered me a fair trade-in price within an hour of my arrival. If you value your time, money and general sanity, I highly recommend you choose a brand other than Cadillac or Wallace. read more

My year old Cadillac suv broke down the other day I was not happy!!! I called service I bought when I lived in palm beach. Got Rob who has lots of patience! They couldn't get my car out from underground garage as in wouldn't go in neutral to push. Sadly they have no loaners cars right now I understand but wasn't happy about it as we had to coordinate with rental car, Rob did that for me, and he also send his fabulous Ryan from service to our condo to see what's up. He and my hub pushed it to outside the garage after Ryan got it into neutral which is no easy task! Our car got towed rob took care of getting it fixed by Ryan the terrific and it was ready in no time. I highly recommend these two guys but have to say my first Cadillac since I was brought home from the hospital in one in 1953! And possibly will be my last I'm going back to Mercedes'. Service did a great job but I had to cancel several appointments after having no car. We traded a Mercedes' and jeep for one car. On 09 15 22 I walked into your showroom and was greeted by a snake by the name of Charlie. I discussed with him the sale of a 2018 Caddy as a trade for my Toyota SUV. I explicitly told him what I wanted to spend and I deffinatly informed him that I WAS NOT PUTTING ANY MONEY DOWN. Isent that what you advertise? So as we went through the usual moves to suck the blood out of me, I decided to walk out. With that Mr Charlie says , wait wait , let them sell you the car, I said sure for the right price. By the time we went back and forth , Your Finance guy comes into the office and Charlie steps out. He asks me what I can afford?, told him the same payment I have , No money down. He kept insisting that I put money down. I insisted no. I said I cant afford a higher payment . I said look 10 bucks that's it. I used that as a way to get rid of him. The contract comes back for review. But in the contract I see all the numbers I don't see any down payment. I do see that they deducted the Full Warranty which They said was worth 1800.00 as Charlie said they wont give it to you. That's how we got it down to your price. I always thought that was illegal to remove an advertised item , but I wanted the car. So I agreed to wave it like a dope. Well anyway we go back to the Finance office and I look over the papers and everything looks right, I didn't give them any down payment and because of my credit, Space coast Credit gave me the money. So as we are sitting there, and your Finance guy is shuffling papers. So as I'm reading over the papers , your finance guy starts his sympathy speech about , Gap insurance. Then he suggests I buy it for 995.00 and he keeps preaching about how I owe more then the car is worth and you should really buy it. So I agreed because I know I'm not going to use it all and ill get a refund when I trade before the loan is due. So I agreed to buy it cash buy using my Discover Card,,, Then he calls Charlie back and gives him my Discover card and tells him to hit it for 995.00. Charlie comes back as I'm signing Papers and gives me back the card and a receipt.. I get done signing and your Finance guy asks me to leave the room while he prepares all the papers and so I'm waiting to get my paper work in Charlies office . Then your finance guy calls me into his office and hands me the contract in an envelope Tries to get me to buy a protection plan down the road and congrats me. . I never looked at them again until the last 24 hours when I tried to cancel my GAP Policy and I see this crappy copy of a contract that could have easily be changed in my absence. Now I see what liars and thieves you have working there. Your sales manager mis appropriated funds. And lied to a customer. I'm about to make a police report unless I get satisfaction for this. He charged my gap insurance to my loan as verified by the Loan Officer today at 4:35 pm. and then took a 995 down payment on the loan. on a car when I told them I was financing the entire loan and I was not putting any money down.. They also lied and said they were paying off my loan when on paper it shows a balance which they threw into this loan. Thieves you are. I will never buy a car there again and I will see that my friends and public know what kind of shysters you are , I will stop all actions regarding service. Oil Changes ect. Great experience! I ordered a part for a retro fit on my SUV. I was sent a letter in the mail and also received an email stating that the parts were in and to call for an appointment. A very helpful person answered right away and scheduled me for the service. Upon arrival I was greeted by David in service. He was very professional and super friendly. He explained everything to me and showed me to the waiting area. He even texted me and told me to text him directly if I had any questions or needed anything while waiting. The customer waiting area was comfortable and clean. There was fresh coffee and snacks as well as Wi-Fi and clean restrooms. About halfway, David came in and explained the progress on my vehicle. David then came back when the work was finished, he again explained everything to me and even had the car washed. A great service visit. The reviews on here were not what I experienced. Avoid this place if you can. Service writers are rude, and they frequently try to rip you off when you come in with a problem. Three out of the five times I went there for a mechanical issue, they were unable to diagnose it (my jammed passenger door lock), diagnosed it as a much more expensive issue than it actually was (a power steering issue they claimed was some expensive sensor but really the fluid just needed to be flushed), or were asking for way more than other mechanics in the area to fix an issue (I'm talking twice the price and referring to a torque converter, specifically). ALWAYS get a second opinion from another mechanic on any kind of expensive or confusing quote from them. I think my favorite part about finally trading my Cadillac for a Ford is not having to go here anymore! read more

We live in Jupiter, and it's about mid way between both dealerships. There is no comparison in how you are treated as a customer. Wallace is far superior in my opinion.
