Dealer's website offering windshield repair

It all started last week when I noticed a crack in my windshield. Knowing that this needed to be replaced and that it was covered by insurance I went to this dealer's site to make an appointment to have it taken care of. Specifically on this dealer's site when making the appointment there are drop down menus to select the necessary service. In these menus is the option to specifically select "Windshield Repair" Perfect! That's exactly what I need. I select it and make my appointment for a week out. In the meantime I've received 3 reminders about my appointment. Clearly they were aware I was coming and thanks to THEIR website menu they knew why I was coming. Fast forward to this morning where I drove all the way across town burning precious fuel and time for my appointment. I get there, the service guy David comes out and I inform him I'm there with an appointment to get a windshield. David replies with about the dumbest look on his face possible, "We don't do glass work here" Seriously Wallace? This garbage isn't funny. I go to work every day to pay for this shitbox Cadillac, I followed your process for making an appointment to have the shitbox fixed. I took the time away from my job and money I earn at that job to pay for the fuel. The lack of regard for my time and money is inexcusable from a business.

This Dealership is driven by GREED! I put money down on a corvette over two years ago and was recently called and told that they are marking up the vehicle by $75,000...a jaw dropping 50%!!! They did this to a customer who had given them money over two years ago.. Wow! On a side note... I walked in to trade a 2017 Escalade for a new one and they told me that there was a $35,000 over MSRP markup! We also bought a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from them and they wanted $8k over MSRP. To add insult to injury they originally only offered us $11,000 for our trade in (2016 Ford Fusion with low miles) that had a retail of nearly $17,000. I am all for businesses to make money, but there is a point where GREED destroys a relationship and they did not have knock our heads off on every side of the deal. It seems the dealerships reputation has gone way down over the last few years, so check and sort the the RECENT REVIEWS. Wallace may have been in business for 65 years with many 3-4 star reviews, but do yourself a favor and look at the 1 and 2 star reviews to see the full picture of what I am talking about. I hope this company gets a nice dose of Karma because I would never buy another car from ANY of Wallace dealerships. I submitted official complaints to GM which won't matter, but people need to know. This is a shame for the good people who work there. Do yourself a favor and look at several other dealerships before you get taken advantage of like me and my family have been. Think of it.... over two years ago I gave this dealership thousands of dollars and then get a call to be told that they will be selling the car for $75,000 OVER MSRP. Is that really necessary? We do not think so.

Atlantic told me they tested the battery several times and could not find a problem but would exchange for a new one if it would make me feel more comfortable. Extremely Short tempered!! Car was only in the lot for 8 days. All belongings Ransacked by the…read morecompany in their lot obviously looking for valuable items. Car Battery was purposely drained to force a jump start leaving the lot. as it's an Audi it's impossible to drain the battery from lights being left on once the car is off and keys walk away from the vehicle. I checked the vehicle in the lot the night of towing and no lights were on. Gas tank was syphoned completely empty. It arrived in the lot with a full tank. And they put "auction on all the vehicles right away" ready to make money and steal your vehicle asap. They would not give a receipt when towing was paid for. Charged an extra fee for getting the vehicle out at 12:00 noon on a Saturday claiming it's after hours fee. Spoke to the dispatch to notify the company they have criminal activity in their lot under their own employees watch a they were only out to protect their own kind as aggression and excuses escalated. Do not use them. It's a racketeering company the police use to carry out dark agendas.
