No wheel balancing, only one strut was replaced for the price of two. I revealed the scam by bringing vehicle to another shop and obtaining estimate of repair that was as much as 50% less. I filed to Visa dispute resolution and got full refund and paid to another auto service to do it honestly.

I was referred to Brandon at Mufflers and More by another shop who was to busy to look at my work…read morevan. I took the van there to have it checked for a severe vibration. They were able to get it in to diagnose it first thing the next morning. Brandon called me at 8:30 with the diagnosis. And he offered me 3 solutions. None of which were cheap but his prices were good for what had to be done. I mentioned to him I had read that Ford had a recall on some of the vans and asked if he thought it might be covered. This is where I was amazed instead of saying I don't know. Brandon said let me call the Ford dealer and find out for you. Turns out the repair was covered under recall and Brandon called me and told me this. So I picked up my van paid for diagnostics took it to Ford to be repaired at no cost. My hats off to Brandon if you want an honest mechanic with reasonable pricing Brandon is your guy. Can't thank him enough. Found my new mechanic for all my vehicles..
