The team did an excellent job on a tough project. Super thick grasscloth on tall ceilings- and they were AWESOME! I had another installer give me a quote but he told me I didn't have enough paper and wanted to charge me much more in labor. I'm so glad I went with Alex and his team! He's not the cheapest option, but when you're spending so much money on paper, you'll want it installed right! The installers took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I reached out to Alex on a Saturday and was happy to have a quick return call to set up a time for his team to come to my house to smooth out a wall and hang the wallpaper I had already purchased. Roman arrived right on time at 9am. He was very courteous and conscientious about his work. He went right to work. Took some time to let the wall thoroughly dry before coming back to sand it done. I was happy to see he created a wall of plastic to keep the dust contained. He did an excellent job with the wallpaper. Even though it was pre-glued, he add his own glue. Wallpaper installation was very well done. Our wallpaper was very busy so I was nervous about how each piece would match up but the installer made it look seamless. Very happy with the work and the price. I made a mistake on how much I ordered and was charged more due to the installer having to return later to finish the job. I understood the additional fee but the communication was a bit disappointing as I did not make this mistake on purpose but it was clear I frustrated the owner. I still give this a 5 for quality because that is most important to me but would have appreciated better customer service. read more

I was needing my powder room wallpapered, and found this business though Yelp. After reaching out, Alex was super responsive and was able to get me scheduled as soon as possible. Alex assisted in recommending how much wallpaper to order, and provided advice on wether the walls needed to be floated to eliminate texture or not (the wallpaper I selected was thick, so we did not need to float the walls which saved me $$!). Two installers came right when they said they would at 10 AM. They install the wallpaper quickly and efficiently. The mural that I had picked out wasn't repeating, and I liked the fact that they pointed that out before I hired them. They wanted to make sure I wouldn't be disappointed in the final product. I said the fact it wasn't repeating was fine by me and they went ahead and installed. It looks amazing!! I'm so happy with my little reading room and can finally see the space coming all together. Alex was recommended to us by Brad at The Tile Shop so I new he would be good but I got a quote from someone else to make sure he wasn't more expensive. Both quotes were the same and Alex could come the next week (other guy was 3 week wait). I had two bathrooms to do and three people came out so they could both be done in one day. Both papers had intricate patterns that were matched up perfectly and no seems can be detected.In one room I did find some wallpaper glue on my shower door that I had to clean up but I would still recommend them. read more

They came out quickly and skim coated the wall and attempted to hang the paper only to find the product was defective.
