When I arrived on the lot at Wally Armour Jeep, I was greeting warmly by Jeff Ciotti. He even offered me some lunch with me as the sales team had just ordered a pizza. I graciously declined but I thought that was sweet of him to offer. I told Jeff what I was looking for and he promptly found me a couple of Jeeps that had the options that I was looking for. I will NEVER go here again. The SES light came on 3 days after purchasing my used Jeep from here. The light was reset by the dealership and the problem not actually fixed. And their "policy" is to charge me (the customer) 1/2 of the diagnostic fee. For a problem they did not fix to begin with and sold to me knowing this.
