Just had another amazing massage from Wally. He got rid of all my knots and found some that I didn't even know I had.

RSPT was amazing from the moment I stepped in. Front desk immediately knew who I was and greeted me, we handled forms and after the briefest of waits I was taken in for initial eval. Sarah was my PT primary and she is a true angel of smarts and kindness. I truly didn't know what to expect. It took me a bit to figure out there are PT aids/assistants who are there to help you with the exercises and the grunt work and then the PT's are there to make sure it's all going right. I was nervous about some of the motion that was going to happen to my injured digit, but Sarah nailed it with just the right amount of oomph to know that healing ain't easy but it's worth it. Then, I met (other) Sara, Jeff, and elle jeffe Frank. All of them took care of me with the same level on care and consideration that (primary) Sarah did. They definitely have some quality continuation of care notes going on! Would recommend 100%.

Jeff, the Sarah's, Frank- all of the therapists are top notch. Even the assistants, who guide you through your stretches, etc before and after being attended to by one of the PT's are great. I worked with Jeff the most and he really had a sense of what was wrong with me, and was instrumental in my recovery. I can't thank them enough!

I would highly recommend…read more I came to physical therapy following extensive back surgery involving disc and vertebrae replacement, along with stabilization from L2 to S1. From the very beginning, the care I've received has been thoughtful, attentive, and encouraging. Erin, my physical therapist, has been instrumental in my recovery. She focuses on strengthening my core and legs while carefully observing and listening during each session. Thanks to her attention to detail, I've learned that my knee positioning and the way I've been favoring it contributed to stiffness and limited rotation in my hip. She consistently provides targeted exercises to correct these issues and build strength, and I truly feel the progress. I can actually stand straight now. Able and Cami also make a big difference in the overall experience. They always greet us with smiles and laughter, which makes each visit enjoyable and helps the time pass quickly. Able, in particular, is very helpful with guiding proper posture and ensuring correct technique during exercises. I'm grateful for the entire team's support and dedication--it's made a meaningful impact on my recovery journey.

I had pain in my right ankle for more than 10 years. I had an MRI, which showed a torn tendon. I went to two physical therapy facilities through my regular medical plan, but I did not see much improvement. I also developed plantar fasciitis in my left heel about four years ago from over-exercising at the gym. My daughter found Dr. Isaac and booked an appointment for me at the beginning of this year. I have been seeing him almost every week for the past few months, and the improvement has been significant. My pain has gone down a lot. I can now walk barefoot at home, which I could not comfortably do before. Lifting luggage into the overhead bin on an airplane is no longer very painful. Dr. Isaac is very knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. He uses advanced equipment, but what makes the biggest difference is how carefully he evaluates the body and identifies what needs to be improved. He did not just focus on reducing my pain. He also helped me strengthen my muscles, improve my balance, and understand how to support my body better. His treatment feels very personalized and effective.

What stands out most is the individualized approach to care. I work in the health and wellness field myself, so I really value providers who take the time to educate patients, explain the "why" behind treatment, and focus on long-term prevention instead of quick fixes. I never felt like I was getting a one-size-fits-all plan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, customized rehab care.

The barbell slipped out of my hand while I was lowering it, which made a popping sound in my back, followed by 36 hours of back spasms and a week of stiffness. I was really skeptical because Dr. Dan is also a chiropractor but I liked his background as an athlete and many reviews from athletes that were testimonial of Dr. Dan being exactly what they were looking for. The doc had me do a few movements and stretches and it wasn't that long until he was able to rule out my fear of a herniated disc. He performed ART, which I'm not very familiar with, but I was much feeling better at the end of the session, both physically and a huge sense of relief that I wasn't doomed to lifting light weights. What I really liked was that I was there for an hour and he was very attentive to me. He wasn't running around the the office busy with other patients. We even had time to go over squat and deadlift form for injury prevention. It's been 9 months now and I haven't had any serious injuries, just minor gym stuff, but if something does happen, I have full trust that Dr. Dan will be able to help. Also worth mentioning that Dr. Dan accept Blue Shield, which I don't have, but it was worth the cost to know that some rest was all my back needed to heal.

Dan worked with me for a couple months to get rid of a nagging injury and get me back running. The following year I visited with a different injury. It was a quick diagnosis, and instead of telling me to come back once a week for a month he showed me some stretches and said something along 'you know your body, listen to it. Do these stretches and start back easy. Let me know how you are doing in a week or two.' He wants to get you out of the office and back into what you were doing as soon as is healthy. Great doctor. I recommend him to any friends that get an injury.
