If I have issue with one of the other stores they don't give any trouble. If they don't want returns they should post a sign and should certainly not verbally be rude. Don't hold me to the quotes, but you get the general idea. It's a pretty simple arrangement at Harris, where they've been plying their trade in one way or another for something in the area of 63 years (I think that actually may be the real figure), and they're pretty savvy when it comes to helping you sort what you're after. At some point there was a fire, and we'll assume for the sake of argument that it was bad, as this business doesn't exist in those environs any longer. But nowadays they bring the rental side just fine (mental note: there are tons of hats), and the sales side is pretty fun too (if you're in the market for a feather boa they have you wrangled). No time to dig super deep stem to stern today, but quite impressed by all I found in the near term. Here's hoping you find what suits you directly.
