So, I checked out online, if they even carried my tires and they had them! So, I called and the sales person checked to make sure if he had them in stock and they had 6, so yeesss! Then I asked him, what are the chances the tires could be put on today, and he responded, come on over!!! That was great! Out we headed and when I arrived, I was waited on immediately and I was in and out of there in about 30 mins!!! The staff were friendly and helpful and very polite. I know that I probably caught them on a "not so busy time", but either way, I was pleased. While we waited in the garage, they have seating with a tv to watch and a little kids table with coloring books and crayons, which was great for me, since I had a couple of kids with me. Overall, very happy and the price for the tires were waaaay below anyone around. So, if you're in the area or need some work done, check out Walmart Auto Care Center.

Brought my vehicle in to fix several holes in the exhaust so my vehicle could pass state…read moreinspection. After several hours I returned and saw my vehicle sitting outside. I asked why no one called me and they apologized and said they were busy. I brought my vehicle back to the Subaru dealer to complete the state inspection. The car failed again and to quote the auto service repair technician, "I don't know how they could miss these additional holes as they are obvious." They marked the locations of the holes and I returned to Meineke again to have the holes in the exhaust fixed. Meineke offered no discount and really didn't seem to care that they messed up. My vehicle passed inspection but the Subaru dealer noted that Meineke welded the entire exhaust system together. The original exhaust comes in four separate sections so you can replace just one section if it wears out. So Meineke did poor quality work and didn't own up to the issues they caused.

A most egregious sequence of events…read more Agreed upon full day drop off for battery replacement; car did not start up right upon pick up, had faith, and it was dead upon morning. Had to Uber kids to school, call roadside assistance for jump. Was not told until back in person that the reason was THEY NEVER REPLACED THE BATTERY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE IT ON THE PAPERWORK. This was the sole issue that had been discussed for 2 days prior. I'm still pleasant at this point; walk home. Receive call ACCUSING me of not giving them my keys; they strongly believe this because "I gave them the car running". I'm like duh, the battery's dead, that was a convenience TO YOU. At this point, I say "you already didn't render services upon payment in full and now you're telling me you lost my keys, why would I believe you?" I hung up, I'm on my way. On the way on my child's scooter, I get a VM, of course they found the keys. Pete(?) meets me outside, hands me keys, tries to show me "what happened". As I'm already getting in my car, he says "I don't appreciate you hollering at my guy". Well, I don't like the false security of being sent off for paid services not rendered and then getting accused of lying and the possible stress of lost keys on top! Wow! I never even asked for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE.
