For one, they don't know how to tighten bolts on oil pans and will leave your undercarriage covered in oil. Secondly, they'll lie right to your face and tell you some nonsense lie that has nothing to do with the issue because they can't own up to their mistakes. Went to get the bolt tightened on the oil pan that they left loose and they still didn't tighten it all the way. On top of that, they didn't top off our oil and put a filter in that we didn't need only to jam it into position causing more issues. Horrible service, I don't see how theyre up and running honestly.

Went here today to get a simple oil change. Not so Simple unfortunately…read more It was only about 30 min a car so not bad on time per vehicle. The challenge came with removing my oil filter cap which is on top of the engine. They tried, it did not budge so I suggested to wait to take it off as it may be expanded b/c of the heat while sitting and waiting, which I didn't have my car running while in line, but it was super hot from the sunshine so I could only imagine how hot a plastic cap under a metal roof having just been drove there could have been Shrugged me off while the other guy kept trying then after another min or so he told him what I said. They waited about 5 minutes came back and it came right off. Now the challenge of the right oil filter. My car has two different filters for this specific year make and model, depending on when the car was manufactured during that year. I explained it to them as the filter they had was too big. The guy very quickly runs across the street and picks up a new filter, but it is the same exact one, guess bringing the one that doesn't fit and the old one that does didn't cross his mind and I didn't get a chance to suggest. I called O'reilly to get the number as I have bought it before, they gave it to me, but this place said our computers don't work like that. They put the old filter back in! At the end of the day they gave me a discount and said I would have to go to O'reillys to get the filter, but if I came back they would change it. Nice of them to offer. I thought well, I can do that no worries, now for the worries. While on the way to get the filter I started smelling something thought maybe some spilt oil or something from the change. Got the oil filter went home and got out to a very strong smell. Opened the hood and there was oil everywhere on the right side of my engine. I grabbed my tools to diagnose and the oil cap was barely tight and on the cap where the nut is to loosen it had a crack in it, most likely b/c how the guy was tugging on it instead of letting it cool. Well from the crack I could see the remembrance of where the oil was shooting out from. Now I had to spend 27$ on a new cap cannot drive the vehicle till it arrives and that is where I leave the 2 stars rating. Good luck to anyone who goes here as this may have been a one off. The line to get the changes we're full and he said they're like this every Sunday. It just won't be one of my Sundays again, I'll stick to changing it myself!
