They can do an oil change, they can change a tire, but for more complicated and expensive repairs I'm liable to go elsewhere. It's Walmart. went to have tire checked at the Belvidere Walmart due to low pressure light coming on they told me I had a nail in the tire and they could not repair it therefore I would have to purchase a new tire. Since they said they could not honor my warranty thru Goodyear I told them to fill it and I would go back to Goodyear. Took car to a Goodyear center and they could not find any nail. Do not feel comfortable with their ethics had an oil change done and they were suppose to check my battery, which they said I declined, wash window which on the receipt said not applicable as well as vacuum which again receipt said not applicable. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Went to have tire repaired. The kid tried to tell me it was just a rock in the tread. I replied rocks do not make tires lose air. They then told me they could not repair the tire so I need a new tire. I went inside They ordered me a new tire and made me an appointment. I went to the appointment and they installed my new tire. I go to leave and notice the new tire doesn't match the other 3 on my vehicle. I needed to be at work in a half hour so I thought about just dealing with it later. Good thing I didn't. I go back in. The assistant manager was very rude told me he needs his tire back. He then told me he could put the damaged tire back on or my donut spare. I told him I had to get to work. I don't have time. He tried to tell me I couldn't leave the store with his tire. I ask to talk to a store manager. He told me he was in a meeting and I couldn't talk to him. I started dialing my cell phone and then he said he would go talk to the manager. If he really did I will never know. So, I go back a third time when they actually have the correct tire. They are still very unorganized. The paper work still shows the wrong tire. The kid fumbles around goes gets the tire. I look at it and it is the correct tire. They put the tire on and pull my car out. The workers come in and one of them tries to charge me for mounting and balancing.
