Recently I went in for air, complaining one tire was consistently reading down on my dashboard. I was concerned! The worker found a nail in it. I was just going to get it fixed then got to thinking these tires are original and have 60,000 miles on them. Maybe I better buy all new tires?! I started talking to the sweet manager and because of their past kindnesses to me, I gave them the sale! They put them right on. I didn't even have an appointment! So far very happy with my new tires, feels like I'm driving on air. I do recommend this place and their workers!!

Due to time constraint I took the two tires ($498) and ordered the correct ones to be installed upon shipment. But,... Before any of that could happen, I left with two new rear tires and went upon my way. My TPM light was still on, but I figured it would reset soon, then 15m on 90 exprwy my Red Tire Pressure light came on. As I looked for the closest exit, BAM my tire blew. Yes the tire I'd just purchased blew completely off as I was travelling on expressway. I had slowed down luckily, but it could have been a disaster. I called the location and spoke with Clementine. He said I must have done something for the tire to blow. That is unusual. I stated that no I did not hit anything or run over anything and that my light was on right after I left the location. He said I would have to come in to have the car and the tires checked. I did so following day. He showed me my tire and stated that my alignment could have caused it. I stated that was highly unlikely that an alignment would rub a new tire to the point of blowing in 20 min. He stated there was nothing he could do and that he wasn't refunding me. I had initially intended to have the tire replaced, but because of the despicable treatment and the continued accusations that I had been responsible for the tire blowing out. I stated I wasn't comfortable doing business with them and wanted my original tire and spare. He stated he wouldn't do that and I said that the tire has a warranty on it at least for 48hrs, even though I did not purchase the additional warranty. Finally I asked him to call regional manager. He did so. He waited on 4 people after hanging up from the call, and finally came over to state that he would refund me and replace the tires. I do not recommend this location and warn anyone about their practices. I do not believe you get what you pay for. I don't believe my alignment was checked. I don't believe my tire was installed properly. Beware.

The GM, Bob, personally checked me in, so there should have been absolutely no confusion that I had an appointment and was waiting for my vehicle. I then sat there for TWO HOURS, watching customers who arrived after me get serviced while nobody bothered to give me a single update. Bob, the GM who checked me in, never once came over to explain what was happening or why my car hadn't been serviced. Eventually, I had to go ask for a status myself. Another technician--not Bob--finally looked into it and told me I had somehow been marked as a "drop-off." How does the GM personally check in a waiting customer with a scheduled appointment and then have that customer entered as a drop-off? After wasting two hours of my day, they finally told me they couldn't perform the alignment because of wear on one tire. It took TWO HOURS to determine that? If the tire prevented the alignment, someone should have inspected it shortly after my noon appointment and told me immediately. The most unacceptable part is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the GM. Based on my experience, Bob's handling of this was completely incompetent. A general manager should be making sure customers are taken care of, not checking them in and then apparently forgetting they exist while people who arrived later are serviced. Belle Tire management should seriously evaluate whether Bob should be running this location because service like this does nothing but hurt the business and drive customers away. They certainly lost my business. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Incompetent management. Two hours completely wasted. I would NEVER recommend this location.

Patric from Mavis was awesome to deal with! He had suggested I arrive as soon as I could before the 5 p.m. appointment, and I came right from work. He had options for tires and suggested the better rated ones that were less expensive!! Never in my wildest dreams did I think we'd be fixed and back on the road that same day! Isaac was extremely professional, well spoken, his uniform was crisp and he was quick and friendly. I was very impressed by Isaac.
