They tried power steering pumps, rack and pinion, and even struts. No avail. They refunded us a portion of the money back. They did replace the belt and we now have ac without the background screech. So a lil over 6 months ago I foolishly hired this guy with a mobile car repair service when I was living in Houston. Long story short on that is I basically got scammed out of $650 to get my car's a/c fixed. In comes this place earlier this week. I spoke to Sam, who was very kind and understanding. I told him the whole story and he told me he would take care of it. After dropping off the car on Monday, he called me around 12p and told me I had some major work that needed to be done. I asked him how long it would take, he said till Saturday. So Thursday rolls around, and I decided to give Sam a call, just to see how the repairs were going. He goes "boss your car is ready!"; I'm like "whaaaaat?!" Went to pick up the car and the a/c works great. Not a cheap job to be sure, but most a/c repairs aren't. Thanks to Sam and his crew for doing a great job and finishing before the deadline. Will definitely be back as I have some other things that need to be worked on. You guy's are great!

Went to pick up car and I have to say Milo went above & beyond to call and share our diagnostic with the shop we had to take car to so they could fix it and we did not have to get another diagnostic charge. Also Chad had a big smile on his face and shared insight about the issue. Once problem identified we had to take to an another mechanic. We use NTB in Dallas but I have to say this location and these guys made the stress of auto repair more tolerable. I think Galveston auto repairs are missing an opportunity open up after church on Sunday so many ships in port and then close during a day in the week like Wednesday.
