I went into Condon's auto parts in Westminster, Maryland, and Bought several parts. It turned out…read morethat one of the items I did not need, so on August 4 th. I returned it, and they said they would put the money back on my credit card which was $140. The days came and went and I called and talked to their lady in billing and she gave me some story about the the person processing the returns, being out sick, and no one else could do it. I waited and the following week nothing, and I called back again, she told me he was trying to catch up now, he hasn't got caught up with all his work. I called again on. August 26, a full 22 days later, than I did the return. This woman was very rude to me and told me I needed to calm down and talked down to me. I was understandably upset, and I used a cuss word in a sentence, but not directed at her, and she said don't cuss at me, and I said I didn't, I just used it in a sentence. she continued to lecture me and talk down to me instead of working on the problem. I said you can understand why I'm angry, because it's been 22 days.. and instead of helping me , she hung up on me. Then I called back and try to talk to another person who couldn't even help me. He looked up the account online for me after I gave him the invoice number, but he said I can't help you. Then the owner calls me and he proceeded to talk down to me and acted like I did something wrong. I told him his billing department woman wouldn't help me, and I did use a cuss word and I shouldn't have, but at that point I was understandably upset. And then he told me to F*** off, at this point, my daughter heard him say this to me, and came to my defense and started yelling and cussing, because he was on speaker. I told my daughter to shut up and get out of the room, because I was angry because she always interferes on my calls. But absolutely none of the owners business. Then the owner called me a piece of shit and said I'm not gonna help you. You treat your daughter like crap. What kind of father are you? What kind of person are you. you sound like a piece of s**** and I said look, I just want my return. It's been 22 days and I'm tired of the runaround. He proceeded at this point to continue belittling me, telling me I was a bad parent, and a bad person. I said, you know maybe I should just come down there and he started getting an attitude like he wanted to fight me and he's like oh yes, come on down, I would love that....... A slight pause and then, he said to me again, " come on down here" and then he hung up on me. Instead of me going there, because he obviously wanted to fight me and I didn't want to get in trouble. I decided to write this review. I decided to write this Google review to warn everyone. Do not buy anything from them, and if you do, make sure you don't have to bring it back, because you will go thru hell trying to get your money back. and they will belittle you and treat you like it's your problem, that you're mad . I will never do business with them again and I hope this review saves people from having to go through the runaround that I had to go through. It is now the end of the day and they still haven't processed the return.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

I called AAA to tow my truck to a dealer as it has no key. AAA sent A&D. The A&D driver said it…read morewould require dollies or skates, and AAA wouldn't allow them to use those. He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

He's taking care of my partner's E39 and putting up with all the little things that pop up with owning an older BMW (which is all the time LOL). He will solve mysteries. He's a car enthusiast and will work hard to get your baby back on the road. What I like about him most is that he's extremely detail oriented, patient, gives detailed reports, will work with you on parts (within reason, you don't want to put junk parts on your car, so take his advice when OEM is best) and that is what I want in a technician/owner of a repair shop. Even better is he's right next door to Redline Motorworks who have an alignment rack (a great VW shop). He's a great guy and you should give him a try on your Bimmer!

Chose to take my truck to the Catonsville location as my friend had his truck done there. As I…read morepulled up to the parking lot, a man came out to greet me promptly. I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly staff and great work. Thanks! Update after a couple years. PStill looks great, bumping from 4 stars up to 5

I went to Mr. Tire in Hampstead, MD for an oil change and a flat tire repair. They overfilled the…read moreoil and repaired the flat, but didn't inflate the tire properly. Additionally, they did not reattach the undercarriage shield correctly, causing a loud vibration when I reached 55 mph. I had to take my car to another mechanic to identify the issue, and they found that Mr. Tire had not secured the undercarriage shield properly, leaving it misaligned and missing bolts. After contacting Mr. Tire, they agreed to issue me a refund but never followed through. I followed up multiple times, and each time they claimed it would show up in 5-7 days, but it never did. This was not the first issue I've had with Mr. Tire, but it will definitely be the last. Absolutely horrible service and company.

However whoever the mechanic was did not tighten the lug nuts on the front of my car on both front tires . I spent $1,100 to have brakes done all the way around my vehicle I'm expecting know how to tighten the f****** lug nuts . Driving back from a trip I noticed it got increasingly louder and the front end shook more and more so I pulled over and was able to spend the lug nuts with my fingers . Never going back
