Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction.
