I feel so lucky they were there and helped me quickly and affordably. Bradley was able to remove the small nail and patch the tire ... incredible ... and Rafa was all over letting me know the status and providing an easy experience for payment at check-out (I waited next door at the new coffee place called Urban Sailor - so convenient for working while waiting). Mercer has all sorts of hit and miss reviews here on Yelp, but I think management has completely turned over and had a 10+ experience today. I called all the places in Park City and Kamas, and they had batteries, but no one was able to install one on the spot. I called Auto Zone in Heber, explained the whole single mom on crutches issue, and they assured me it was no problem to install- come in any time before 9. I bought one from AutoZone.com for in store pickup, and had my kid drive half an hour out to Heber just to have them say sorry kid, too busy to install it, and sent him out the door lugging the battery just as it was getting dark. I can't walk, let alone help install a 60 lb battery, so this was a huge deal, and the only reason I bought from them in the first place. Plus I now had to worry about my kid getting stranded from his dying battery half an hour away from home at dark. Anyway, learned my lesson- sticking with O'Reilly's from now on. Kid drove back over to Auto Zone, hauled battery back inside, and got our money back. Bought one from O'Reillys instead, where they actually DID install. Thank you, O'Reillys!!!

I asked him if some tires I was looking at online were in stock. He retorted, "What does it say? If it says in stock they're in stock." I was like, "Oh... okay... I think I'll try your Lindon location,"and left. Then I stopped at the Lindon store and met Jonathan (Jony). Dude might be the best sales person I've ever met. Took his time to explain everything. Verified that the tires I had been looking at were, in fact, NOT in stock in Lindon or Orem (as opposed to what the website said) and recommended some alternatives that were in stock. Took time to come look at my truck, brought the tire out to look at next to my truck, and found a discount for me to boot! We'll see how the tires ride and wear, but so far I'm very pleased with the value. And he saved me $900 on a set of tires over Les Schwab.

Asked for estimates for work and they replied in a timely manner. Their estimates in total were approx $400 over estimates received from two other shops -- one in expensive San Diego. I asked if they would consider scrubbing the budget to see if they might be more in line with other estimates for the same work. They did not reply. Resent the request a few days later -- and no reply again. I'm sure they're busy enough and don't need my business now or ever; and that's ok. Consider this an fyi.

When I arrived at Labrum Ford and test drove the truck the check engine light was on and had to be reset. All four tires were dry rotted. I agreed to a price based on everything being in good order. They would not negotiate on price as I had to drive 2000 miles back to Ohio and had to buy new tires. Halfway home in the morning the truck was dead. I had to buy a new battery ($420). Once home the truck was dead again (parasitic draw somewhere). This stealership KNEW there was an electrical problem and sold it to me without disclosing or fixing the issue. I now have to take it in to a repuatable dealership and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Very dishonest and unethical dealership. I would advise to stay away from this dealership.

Posted a one star review with no comments as retaliation, even though he has never done business with my business. Six years later that still exist on Google. Do not do business with this company. If they botch your repair and you post a negative review, they will retaliate against all of your businesses anywhere on the planet Earth, very dishonest people. !!

Holzer Automotive found time in their day to help me out of my jam. Chris and the crew quicly spotted the wiring faults, then skillfully made things right with the circuit. ... and at reasonable cost. Holzer Auto had my rig in and out of the shop in under an hour. This was a positive repair experience. Big Thanks to Chris who sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. A solid five stars.

Once the parts came in for my 6.0 he had the truck up and running very quickly. With parts and labor Chris got it done for $12,000, yes $12k, less than the "other guys" and part of what he fixed (FICM) and was throwing codes on his SnapOn scanner wasn't even on the parts list/quote from the "other guys." They would have done all of the work they quoted and the truck still would have had issues because of the FICM. Got the truck back about 3 weeks ago and have put 2,500 trouble free miles on it, the first 1,800 towing a UTV down to Arizona and back 2 days after the repair and the rest of the miles towing a camper on another trip last week.
