The guys at RRO were great to work with. I made the 5 hour trip down to see them & they designed - built - coated and installed the sliders and had me on my way in 2 days. Everyone was great to deal with. The shop guys answered all my questions and fabbed up a tier 1 product !! I would absolutely come back again for my future needs !!! When I arrived at Labrum Ford and test drove the truck the check engine light was on and had to be reset. All four tires were dry rotted. I agreed to a price based on everything being in good order. They would not negotiate on price as I had to drive 2000 miles back to Ohio and had to buy new tires. Halfway home in the morning the truck was dead. I had to buy a new battery ($420). Once home the truck was dead again (parasitic draw somewhere). This stealership KNEW there was an electrical problem and sold it to me without disclosing or fixing the issue. I now have to take it in to a repuatable dealership and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Very dishonest and unethical dealership. I would advise to stay away from this dealership.
